I was absolutely disgusted... food came with a hair in the hashbrown a dirty cup used for coffee and the jams served with toast filthy obviously from some others used...going to pay you see the grills for waffles looked like they have never been cleaned... was this place busy not so busy the staff standing around could not clean... being from out of country it was our first time at a waffle house snd I'm sorry to say we may never visit snother one
The environment was perfect, loved how happy and upbeat the staff was, our drinks were never empty, our waiter was absolutely amazing. We're from out of town and they made the experience absolutely amazing!! 100% recommend this Waffle House ❤️
This location should have been bulldozed a long times ago.. as time goes on this location jus gets worse and worse nobody is ever available or to HI TO WORK
First timer to Nashville. The waffle house is right next to the hotel. Amber, our waitress, was absolutely amazing!! Funny, witty, sassy and charming. She was an absolute delight!! The food was delicious and the coffee was good!!

I would rate this place no stars if I could. Either they just look at you and keep walking around doing nothing or the older lady here is always telling you she can't get you. Then what is your job here then? Walk around and find other things to do besides taking orders? This place is too busy for these employees to be acting like this. The Hispanic one literally walks around with an attitude. 40 minutes and my lunch break is only 30. Thanks you inconsiderate employees!!
They had me waiting for hours and I'm still waiting for my food. I hate this Waffle House don't come here unless you mind waiting long periods of time.
The only good employee is the guy with the red hat. Everyone else is rude. Came here and ordered from the window. I was informed it was right before their 15 minute break so I was prepared to wait but after 45 mins, we had to re order our food from the window because the original waitress was still not back from break. The man in the red hat was very helpful and agreed to make our food. He was very helpful and cooked our food. This is unacceptable. The waitress was very rude and completely unprofessional.
Waffle House is always a go to for a good breakfast but this location specifically was amazing. They greeted everyone when they entered, took your order efficiently and made sure everything was right. They even had amazing music playing in the background.This is the Waffle House location to be.
I understand that we came on a Sunday afternoon around brunch time, but no one greeted us and the diner was very small compared to other Waffle House locations. We never got a table after waiting fifteen minutes.
