The employee was sitting in the car. There was an addict inside. Employee said was NOT open. ( We all know waffle house is 24 hours). Employee was sitting there riding the clock and NOT working. This is a sad and sorry excuse of Waffle House. There is a need for discipline and respect at this establishment. I will never come back. EVER!!!!
Came in at 12AM for some breakfast with my boyfriend. As we pulled in the server started shaking her head like she was mad people were coming in. We went in anyways thinking maybe she just has had a bad night. We were not greeted as we came in and we could just feel the agitation from the workers about us being there. We were about to sit down but was told by the same server that we could not dine in that it was to go orders only. There was a man at the counter so we asked why they weren’t taking dine in orders. She said “no reason I’m just only doing to go orders”. Came off as “I just don’t feel like doing it”. We walked out to leave but we were pretty hungry so my boyfriend went back in to place a to go order. As he was telling her our order she was extremely rude! He told her his part of the order and went to say my part and she said “your ordering more?” We ended up canceling the order cause everything we had ordered there was something missing or something they couldn’t do. Just seemed like so much trouble to do their job. All in all a horrible experience which is a shame cause we love Waffle House and like to try all of them. Never had such a bad experience! The face of your restaurant really let you down tonight! We most likely won’t return to this location there are other WH close by with people at the helm happy to take care of us.
Walked in and 1 of the 2 employees was asleep at a booth. The other told me he was only doing to go orders because he had to clean . Went to Mount Juliet location and the female told me the same! 5am and not opened because of laziness
They should really find better workers. The cook was good though. PS PLEASE CHECK YOUR TOTALS BECSUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU INCORRECTLY!!!! BEWARE
Filthy restaurant. Rude staff no one wearing masks. Stood for over 30 mins waiting to be seating and I’m injured. Was on the way home and was happy to see this place open. The waitress that was here was blonde and heavy set with glasses. She was incredibly rude not sure why she works in this field her customer service is atrocious. The cook was white with a blue and white due rag on. Also acted as if he despised his job. I’ve grown up in the Waffle House family my whole life and this is the WORST!!!! Visit I’ve had will not be back!! Shame on Waffle House.
Janet and Ashley was the best. I mist admit thee customer service was out this world. They mad eme feel welcome and the food was quick. The manger Ashley made want to come back again. I give this location a 5star. Must visit.
First off it was only place open during the snow storm so there's one positive and the food was great also
Hannah the server was really sweet and ontop of her stuff she knew how to handle everything very well . The cook was amazing and cooked everything perfectly I highly recommend this place
Ordered my food to go. The cook was having conversations with customers and not paying attention to doing his job. My toast was not even hardly toasted then the waitress sawthat he forgot my hash browns so some other cook who was also too busy running his mouth to pay attention to what he was doing through some hash browns on the grill but didn't let them cook completely so when I got home the hash browns were very undercooked. I love waffle House but I will not go back to this one very poorly run.
My wife and family have never been to a Waffle House. She did not want to come. The minute we had our food my wife told a different story. The pecan waffles, bacon and our food was cooked perfectly. She had a huge grin on her face by the time we were done and hopefully going back one more time.
