Got Ubereats from this food truck and I was very excited to try out the food since I love Peruvian food.I got the Lomo Saltado (of course), which was tasty. It might be that I had to reheat the meat was a little dry, but I am sure if you eat it fresh off the truck it would be juicy. We also had a pork sandwich which was good, but not amazing. We ordered fries too but they just came in a tray inside the takeout bag, it was open and not very sanitary so I wish they could have put it in a take-out box instead. Overall I would give them another try, however, it will not be via deliveries, since I think you'd have to eat it fresh for this one.
They came to a Vanderbilt event and I was able to try them for free. The chicken and rice is sooo good. That green sauce they have needs to be bottled and sold. I’ll be a regular customer at this place!
I ordered Empanados and they were tasteless....too much cheese no seasoning

Ceviche mixto was good.Had helado de lucuma as a special, was good.I would eat here again.Google maps has incorrect hours. Check their web page.The web page menu lists anticuchos. This is actually what I came for. They did not have it. Said it’s an occasional special.

Excellent food! Loved both the beef and chicken tacos. My husband says the pork belly sandwich was best he’s had in a long time.
