Every time I have more than 2 drinks, the owner refuses to give me a drink container.this has happened at least 4 times in a row. Today I was told to take some of the drinks, then come back to get the rest. Why should I waist my gas after paying for the drinks just because the owner is too cheap to provide drink containers???? If I could I would rate a -1 star
Quick service and the folks working were really nice! I asked for the extra smoothie in an overflow cup so I could get the full serving of protein and they were happy to do so :)
Rude, employees didnt say anything to me after i greeted them. They just looked irritated I was there. It looked like the guy making the smoothies spit in my drink. I asked why he put it up to his mouth with his back turned. He said he was smelling it. I threw both smoothies away.
Went to get a kids smoothie for a toddler that had just had surgery. Asked the woman about the kids smoothies. I ordered the Jetty punch. Charged me for an adult one. I told her I wanted the kids one and she said the Jetty punch was for adults and the Jetty junior was for kids. I told her I didn’t want that and she would not give me a refund. She said she can split it into 2 cups. I spent double the price intended. I understand I misspoke but she was rude about it.
Ordered a Caesar salad with out chicken $7.99 nothing to it. Grilled avocado cheese sandwich came with no avocados then she came back when we told her and took sandwich and added avocados. I believe that’s a health violation. Then my water was out of the sink I’m sure with no ice. Banana side for my grandson was black when I complained she brought me another old banana. I’m guessing they don’t waste anything since smoothies had strong banana smell. Over ripe smell. Worst place ever located in Bellevue, Tennessee.
Don’t waste your time with this business. I caution you! We’ve ordered group orders several times (my nurse friends and I) and I kid you not, near about everytime they leave something out. When you call about it they refuse to refund. We cant check before picking up because it’s ordered through a third party. I would rather have a replacement item than no item at all. We bring it about 70$ a day in business and I can assure that’s going to end soon. When the manager wonders why their profit has seen a dip, refer them to this comment. :)
Beyond irritated with my service. I ordered through the tropical smoothie app to have my food delivered. My tracking said delivered yet I never received my food. I called to see what happened, the woman wanted to argue with me that I ordered through Uber eats and I needed to contact them. I did not order through any food app other then tropical smoothie. The woman was so rude told me she couldn’t help me and hung up. Now I’m out almost 40 dollars!
The smoothies are delicious! Definitely recommend them! However, I've been checking in periodically since they opened for the meat substitute that they advertise as having, but they haven't had it one single time they I've been in. It's disappointing, I wish they wouldn't advertise it if they don't actually carry it.
This place was amazing!! The food was beyond delicious and super fresh. The smoothies were superb! 1st time trying, was definitely not disappointed. I will of course be back over and over again.
This location is slightly inferior to others in the area for the following reasons. First, the employees were rude. When I entered there were 2 Indian women there who were rude to me. Furthermore, this location does not offer the food options that the chain offers. When ordering a sandwich, you're supposed to be able to choose from a number of different sides but when I arrived they told me I could only have chips even though I saw fresh fruit behind the counter. I ordered a super green wrap which was supposed to have a number of different greens in it like spinach but all it had was iceberg lettuce. The location is inconvenient the place was a little dirty and the food is overpriced.
