The Wild Cow is a great place to eat. They were very accommodating to my dietary needs. They even allowed me to bring my own salad dressing inside! The vibe is very laid-back. I had the Caesar Salad minus the Caesar dressing. Delicious! My friend had the OG Beans and Greens bowl and loved it. You won't regret a trip to this hidden gem of a restaurant!
Vegetarian. Have been here several times - like everything about it- especially some of their deserts. Liked the entree bowls and the B.L.A.T. Sandwich.

I got some food delivered from here not too long ago, and I was so happy with my choice! Not normally having so many options made it hard to choose from all the tasty looking things, but I ended up going with the Chipotle & Black Bean Burrito with a Side Salad with the Ginger Miso dressing. The side salad was so fresh and simple, and the dressing was tangy and warm. It was the perfect size for a side item. I also *loved* the burrito. It had so many delicious elements, and my favorite was the chipotle seitan chorizo bits. The vegan cheddar and house sour cream made a great addition. I will absolutely be back for more. I want to try everything now!
The food there was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I had the chipotle bean burrito which was very filling and delicious.It also came with a side and I chose the spinach dip and chips which was more astounding than anticipated. I also had the desert of blueberry lavender cake which I most likely will be going back for another slice. Anyways very impressive food and great staff.
The food was outstanding I got the Wild Reuben and my friend across from me got the B.L.A.T sandwich . So so so good . Love the vibe of the place too

It is so nice to eat at a restaurant with an all vegan menu! They were so polite about ensuring everything was vegan too, as I'm sure they are asked a ton.I walked in and told the sweet employee that it was my first time there and I was looking to eat in. They quickly made me feel like I was at home here, chatting it up a bit with me and providing friendly service. Shout out to the two servers that took good care of me! I believe John and Caroline might have been their names.I really enjoyed my meal, it was very nostalgic of a meal I used to often enjoy before going vegan! I got the chipotle & black bean burrito with vegan queso and chips. Plus they have a cool drink menu, I got the soda which was tasty. They had several dessert menu items that sounded good too, but I was full and had a three hour drive back to Knoxville.I'll definitely be back to try more!
