Visited for a musical event. The music was awesome. It's a dive bar. No frills, old beer drinking story telling cooling down place .7ft bar box. 10 bar stools. Lounge area and central stage. In 2words , Its Cool. Has liquor license too for shot chasers. No square or round ice cubes.Hahahaha.

This is a great place for live music, very quaint and a little crowded. Bartenders are great and the beer is cold. Sound system for the bands is very good for such a small place. One big downside is how bad the bathrooms are, try to hold it as long as you can. Parking can be a bit of a pain on the weekends, plan accordingly.

Another great east-side Nashville watering hole with great musicians!

Cool nashville east spot with great live music. Only 4 stars because the bartender decided to keep all my change as a tip. Sorry, I don’t tip 40% for opening a can of whiteclaw. So just look out for that trick.

BEST. CHILL. BAR. IN. EAST. NASHVILLE

Stopping through town, wanted a spot I could have a couple beers at, listen to music, and play pool. Ended up here on a slow night and had a great time. The bartender Josh was great and made me feel welcome, pool table and cues were solid, drinks were cheap. Would stop by again.

Josh rocks behind the bar, is also pretty cool lol. I really should come here more.

Josh is one of the best bartenders in town

Yesterday was the second time that I went to the underdog to perform music. The gentleman with the hat behind the bar was the owner and was friendly. Ryan behind the bar is also great and very attentive. Pretty cool little music scene in East Nashville. The taco truck outside was actually pretty good and a great price as well. I will definitely be back and recommend this to my friends. The age range of patrons was 24 to about 42 years old I'd say.

Ryan’s great and put up with my shenanigans
