Got the Reuben sandwich to go. Quick, pleasant service. Sandwich was still steaming hot 15 minutes later. One of the best I've had in Nashville. Good soup too.
This was the only lunch option at Marathon Village. Got the grilled chicken sandwich which was so bland and chicken was mushy. I would recommend getting something else.

Nice. Exactly what it purports to be. A sandwich shop. Enjoyed the Southern Engine Club and a Chicken Salad sandwich. Good place to stop while visiting the other Marathon Village attractions.

This deli was a great find, and the Marathon Motor Works area has lots of history and great Nashville shops. Love this area! Food was great!

Amazing deli in a cute location. Definitely a touristy area, but tourists don’t bother me LOL. We got the SEC, Rueben, and Chicken Salad Sandwich. Our total was about 36$ for 3 sandwiches (2 combos, one half sandwich). The price was definitely worth the food we ate. Every aspect of the meal was delicious.
The deli is located inside the an old factory turned into a shopping center. The food was fresh and the portions generous. If you are looking for a quick light lunch while exploring Nashville Southern Engine is worth the stop.
