My daughter has been wanting to come here. So glad we came. My daughter loved it. The service was great. Very friendly and they helped us pick out of the menu. There is background music, but it isn't to loud. You can easily order and have a conversation. There are no waiters- you order up front. So I was surprised they brought our items to the table. That was so nice. I left a tip, in the tip jar because of that. They also pick up your dishes when your done. Overall it was a fun packed place. Delicious. We will definitely be coming back and bringing friends.
Went there last night for dessert. I ordered a rice churro with vanilla and white chocolate ice cream with chocolate and caramel syrup on top. The woman informed me that the syrup comes on top. (I had no syrup on top)When she brought me my food, it was not what I had ordered. It took additional 15 minutes for my boyfriend to get his small cup of ice cream. When the woman realized she brought me the wrong order, she brought me the 2 kinds of ice cream in a bowl and said I could just mix it. She did not even try to make my $10 dessert correctly. The atmosphere was really nice, PLEASE TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!! Listen to your customers requests and make sure you show you care if you make a mistake. I do not think I will be back.
Great ambience and great service.. the feel it gives for an ice cream shop is really cool.
Not impressed. We took two of our kids out for a fun evening and capped it off at The Ice Cream Bar. The place wasn't clean. The tables were sticky and there was trash on the floor. The bathroom didn't have paper towels to dry your hands. Both of these items I typically look past if the food is good; however, the ice cream was sub-par. Mint ice cream is hard to screw up, but they managed it. It was neon green and the imitation spearmint really stood out...☹ .Additionally, my wife and I both ordered a simple sugar cone ice cream. To my knowledge, there's one sure way to screw up a sugar cone...allow the cone to be stale. It was terrible. We won't be going back.
A few friends and I decided to come here around 5pm. Couldn't try the rolled ice cream because the person who makes them wasn't there so that was a disappointment. Two of us ordered the shaved ice. TERRIBLE! It seemed like the ladies working there had no idea what to do because we got flavored milkshakes with ice. That was not what was on the picture and definitely unexpected. Also got bubble waffle cone and it was literally just ice cream in a waffle cone. Would highly question coming here again unless all of the workers actually knew how to make the desserts.
The menu is filled with diet-breaking, mouth watering, I-feel -like-a- kid-again ice cream creations that will just make your day better no matter how much Nashville traffic you have to sit in or how high gas prices get.The tables are decorated in comics & vintage cartoons played in the t.v. The staff goes above & beyond. A fun place for a date or to treat the kids.
4 words…”we will be back”…The extensive menu items had me wanting to order multiple selections, but I soon realized that the tacos offered 3 different flavors with different toppings…!! As you can see by my pictures, the tacos did not disappoint!! They were delicious! Staff was amazing. Very helpful and attentive to your needs.
Took the wife and family here for a birthday they had three freezers for the ice cream the first was empty and the other two looked like they were about 60% melted and refrozen. The signs that displayed flavors were half way sunken into the ice cream and refrozen. After waiting for 3-4 mins and being completely ignored by the employees (no one else was in there but us) we could start to smell the hint of sour milk in the air and decided to walk out.
So..I was feeling some ways when I walked in tonight.I'm new in town and I need an Ice Cream fix like yesterday, so I come in and I almost couldn't be happier that they were out of my original choices.I got Mocha, Peanut Butter and Cookies and Cream (with Cookie Crisp cereal on it) but something caught my eye and I had to ask.Corn Ice Cream.Stop your mouth for the initial reaction because it was so amazing. Like cool creamy buttery sweet corn fresh out the fridge the morning after the Barbecue when your still a little woozy.I'd have gotten all 3 of my scoops of that had I known. 10 stars. The other flavors I got were amazing too. Nice peanut pieces in the peanut butter and not too over powering on the coffee in the Mocha.Turned my night around, especially the nice cashier. Thanks all!P.s: How Cool are those seats!!
Before entering the store, I had no idea what I was about to walk into, but this is the best little ice cream shop in town. They have a wide selection of treats, and the interior was decorated to the nines for the season. Nicole helped us out and provided excellent service. I will definitely be coming back!
