By far one of the best cajun restaurants I have come across since moving to Nashville.
This was our last stop while visiting Nashville and it was a great choice! Food was amazing! We tried the seafood gumbo, shrimp po boy and the fried green tomatoes which were so good we forgot to snap a pic! Iâd definitely come back next time we visit

The fried gulf shrimp was delicious. Nannyâs Gumbo was also very good. Good food and good service. Who could ask for more?
We enjoyed a great afternoon at Gumbo Bros! Food was deliciousâ we started out with some perfectly fried alligator bites, and then got some po boys. Cocktails were also great. Our server was super friendly and helpful, and the other staff were really welcoming too.
The gumbo was watery no flavor except file which was too much.
Traditionally from Louisiana and wasnât too impressed with chicken gumbo. Adding the rice immediately to the given bowel took away all the flavor from the roux, as it soaks it all in. General advice would be to put it on the side. Shrimp basket was 12/10. Great happy hour specials. Close to everything local in Gulch area.
The food was great and so was the service. Will definitely being going back and getting the fried green tomatoes again!
