I was craving something savory and milkshakes. The pizza melt was good and the hopscotch milkshake was good.

I was looking around Hillsboro village looking for some lunch. Lots of fun and quirky places but this one caught my eye. Grilled cheeses!! The named ones sounded great but I decided to make my own. Turkey, pepper jack cheese and rosemary bread. It was delicious! Next time in Nashville I'll have to try the tots!! And a milk shake! If you want a great take on a great sandwich, check out the Grilled Cheesery!

The staff is so nice and the food was excellent. We will be back! Very child friendly

The food was excellent. We topped off our lunch with tomato/red pepper soup, sweet potato, and two chocolate malts. The down were their potato side, tater tots, and the price. $46.00 for lunch.

I stopped at the brick/mortar restaurant (not the food truck). The food was made very fast, and I tried 3 different grilled cheese sandwiches off the menu and all 3 were good. Really enjoyed the buffalo chicken one!

A must try! This is not a typical grilled cheese sandwich, they have specialty melts with ingredients like cranberry jam to grilled cheese stuffed folk of mac and cheese (cause you can never have to much cheese). You can design your own with any of the cheeses including a vegan cheese and finish it if with several other filings that they offer. Of course you cannot forget to try one of their milkshakes. The Hopscotch is my favorite, it features their house made banana butterscotch.

I have always taken people to this location for lunch. I have never had a bad experience until today. The young female manager lacks customer service skills, lacks empathy when an order is wrong, lacks respect and needs a lesson in manners. Tossing a tray on a table when bringing the replacement order (which was also wrong), then getting an even bigger attitude when told the 2nd order was still wrong, blaming the customer for the wrong order because she failed to review the order when she remade it. To add insult to injury, she went behind the counter snickering with one of her employees. When asked who the owner was or the person above her, she, full of disrespect and attitude, states "I don't know." This diner /restaurant charges way too much for grilled cheese sandwiches for the management to be disrespectful and callus. The owners need to rethink having this young woman representing their location.

Delicious grilled cheese sandwich. Not the best I’ve had but it’s good and you can make your own. The filling for my sandwich wasn’t too much.. it was very lights. Loved dipping the sandwich in the tomato soup but didn’t enjoy eating the soup alone.

I’m so sad about the behavior my friends and I experienced at this establishment. We showed up, 15 minutes before close and the line was long so we decided to skip food and just get gift cards (if possible). A customer in front of us turned around apologetically saying that the employee told her (the customer) to tell the next customer that comes in that they can’t be served. That would be fine if the employee wasn’t making a customer be put in such an uncomfortable position or basically reprimanding other customers. Then, when we were about to leave, an employee comes marching over telling the customers in front of us AND us to leave. My friend quickly let the employee know that the customer in front of us had already been in and was promised service and that we were only in here to ask to pay for a gift card. The employee looks my friend up and down and then says “sorry honey, we don’t offer gift cards and we close in like 10 minutes so I need you to leave now honey.” She then briskly stomps away. We were totally fine with them being unable to service us, but that behavior is unacceptable.——-Update 5 months later:The workers have improved, seem extremely understaffed-as everyone is but the food is not worth the price. Decided to try it again, they charred my sandwiches and the plating is very greasy and messy.

Holy peanut butter milkshake!! Yes I also had a grilled cheese sandwich, but it is nothing compared to that milkshake. The chips and soup are great as well.
