Super disappointed. Despite making reservations and getting two messages confirmations, we drove all the way there to find it deserted. No one answered the door or phone calls despite the website saying they were open and getting a text 30 minutes earlier. I leave town tomorrow. Was looking forward to a great farewell night. Major bummer dude.

I looooovvvveddd this place and can't wait to come back. The atmosphere, the art, the glitter .. everything was beautiful amd incredibly cool. We got there when they opened and were the only ones there at first so we really got to appreciate all the work that the owner has put into creating this amazing place. By the end of the night there was a packed house and we made friends with everyone. There is just something about the vibe - everyone was so chill. The owner is a lovely person, and the staff was pretty fun! If you are interested in getting away from the typical bar scene and want a more unique experience, I highly recommend.

Great cocktails! Bartender was so friendly and so attentive, he was a pleasure & toured us around the space before we sat down in our own cool disco ball room. Cocktails were delicious & music was good. Great place to stop for drinks before dinner in East Nashville!

The Golden Door is magical! The drinks were amazing and delicious and definitely had us feeling great! The decor is like stepping into another world! From the ball pit in the bathroom, to the disco balls to all the great places to take Instagram pictures and the retail store they have inside. They also have Karoke which was so much fun and the koi dragon cocktail a fun take on a old fashioned but with a homemade passion fruit syrup. I couldn’t have imagined a cooler bar.
This place is incredible. Such an amazing vibe! No place like this in Nashville. If you like to eat magic mushrooms, you would absolutely love this place. Awesome place to take pics. The staff were so great as well.
