Not what we expected at all and I’d never go back. Room was tiny, no TV, you aren’t allowed to bring outside food or drinks so you basically have to eat whatever food truck they have. The room we stayed in had a weird smell to it as soon as we walked in. When I went to use the bathroom and closed the door there was hair all over the place (not mine obviously). We just wanted a night for a staycation for my birthday where we could relax after a long week, watch something on TV and order in. Instead, we ended up leaving 5 hours after we got there. 10/10 would not recommend.
The concept (a motel renovated in a "cool' way) could be interesting but is ruined by the rules and the not friendly stuff. When you checked-in, I felt I was disturbing the staff who was too busy to talk together. Same thing for check-out, I asked for a 30mn late check-out and they wanna charge me 50 dollars ! (a joke, even luxury hotels don't do it). If you have to work in your room, please don't book as the wi-fi is pretty bad. I had to ask them twice to reboot the system. You also can hear everything from your neighbor. You also have to sign a paper who forbids you taking pictures... This place has a high opinion about themselves and they should calm down. Prices are overpriced also. Of course : nobody is wearing the mask ! They think they are stronger I guess.
The hotel theme is cute and fun but it’s not a comfortable place to stay for adults. It is very loud at night. They provide earplugs but they do not help. I did not sleep at all during my stay. The rooms are dark, there are no TVs, cups for water, luggage racks or coffee.

Not spacious. Not quiet. That's not the intention. Best people. Best vibe. Best attitude. Best place to make friends. Loved it so much. Thank you for a fun weekend!
Such a fun atmosphere and amazing staff!!! Loved every second of our stay. They burgers and fries were delicious and the service was superb! We will be back! The beds were comfortable! We stayed on a Thursday night and things were quiet when it was time for bed!
I wanted to love this place but they failed on every level. The lobby, which is a public bar plays bad music. Then, when I asked several times to accommodate, I was told, “we’re turning it up.” I felt as though it’s fine to play what you think the public enjoys, but you do not earn the right to be rude to your customers. There were other aspects I was willing to look over such as the fact that there is no tv and I could not log on to the internet as well as cold concrete floors in the room, but I draw the line at terrible music. Go somewhere else. This place is not worth the gimmick it is.
We adored this hotel. I thought the texts were really awesome. It kept us on front with the front desk and really helped us out when we had an issue with parking. When we arrived, we were a few hours early. We dropped off our bags and went to Andrew Jackson’s hermitage, which we also loved. They texted us when the room was ready. We got there and the disco was going. It was great to walk into. It was waaaay to cold for the pool, but we did go in the hot tub which was nice. They offer a drink, beauty, and snack bar in each room. The stuff is a bit on the pricier side, but it’s quality more unique brands. We were in a room further away from the party, so it wasn’t too bad. We slept with the disco lights and no music. The first night all the spots were taken at 11ish. This was one thing we didn’t like, but they cleared a spot for us when we texted them. The second night we stayed in for romance wine and disco ball, so it was not a problem. The only other thing that we were not a fan of was the water pressure in the shower. We had to take long showers to get the soap out. But the pipes are old. Not a big deal. I could see how the no closets and drawers could be a problem for someone. But we didn’t even think about it. So if that’s something that would bother you, it’s something to think about I guess. Definitely go, it’s fun. We did 2 nights and loved it.
