Food is amazing, as it has been for years. Customer about 5 years ago and again today simply amazing. Staff is second to none. Israel was a blast and has such love for what he is doing. Brett is such a great guy. Met him about 5 years ago and I've been raving about this place since. May you all be blessed and may God have his way with this place.

We didn’t have a reservation but we got there right when it opened and were able to be seated right away. It’s no wonder why their reservations fill up immediately. Our waitress was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and great. We loved our food and would definitely recommend

Really great breakfast/lunch spot. Nice and quiet spot to rest your legs and catch up with friends.

Really cute hole in the wall restaurant! Free parking, and their ministry helps out the community. We had quick service and fair prices. Drinks and food were tasty! Would definitely go again when in the area!

The food is really good. They have a few tables outside on the small patio and a really nice atmosphere inside. Laid-back, chill vibe. I love the mission of The Cookery in helping the community!

This place was great! The service was wonderful. The food was amazing. Recommend ?

Cool that it's charitable but a very awkward place overall... Constant alt Christian music playing, lots of Christian stuff everywhere, the customer service is poor and it was unclear how we were supposed to get seated or pay. A lot of waiting around. Food was bland. The meat pie was okay but $3 extra for gravy is ridiculous. Also the fries were bland, baked (and not in a good way) and covered in some kind of fish seasoning. My friend had the crêpe and liked it so I guess those or the desserts are a safe bet if you do go here.

Great food! Friendly service. Nice atmosphere. I had the plain pancake, eggs, and ham. My boyfriend ordered a breakfast wrap. We would definitely recommend.

Delicious as always. The Down Under Blunder was a combination of delicious, thick beef, a wonderful egg, I added a pineapple to give it some zing, and an assortment of veggies. Easily one of the best Burgers in Nashville.

UPDATE Cookery rectified my bad experienceInitially, I had a poor experience with an incorrect uber order, and no way to reach the restaurant to fix it. The owner and customer service coordinator reached out the next day to arrange a complimentary order with the items missed in my last order.I really appreciated the level of customer service, as they were able to put a credit on my uber account for the missing items so that I could reorder those at my leisure.Thank you!Initial Review - 1 starThe food is probably decent IF YOU CAN GET THE RIGHT ORDER. I WOULDN'T KNOW THOUGH.Ordered sausage rolls, with coffee rubbed fries, vegemite toast, and a breakfast wrap. Received toast with NO vegemite on it, two coffee rubbed fries, ZERO sausage rolls, and a breakfast wrap my husband said was decent. I have not been able to reach the restaurant by phone yet- their line is always busy. When you're hungry on a Sunday morning, it's infuriating to receive an order that is THIS incorrect. Vegemite toast with NO VEGEMITE on it? A 2nd order of FRIES IN PLACE OF SAUSAGE ROLLS ? ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE to fix the problem?I appreciate the good they're doing in the community, but is there no manager to oversee quality control? They should reevaluate their training protocol and management, unless they want to continue disappointing paying customers. Particularly disappointing considering everyone says the food is great, and I was so looking forward to Australian fare.
