Not what I expected from a Thai place. I thought the Pad Thai would be more traditional, the noodles were over cooked and broken, they did not add bean sprouts either, and noodles too thin. In addition, it was served with lemon instead of lime.Also they don’t take cash which I was surprised by.
Really enjoyed this Thai food. I’m we got it to-go and loved every bite. The proportions were generous, and the flavors were delicious. I loved the panang curry, it had the perfect spice level and so much delicious nutty flavor. The spring rolls were nice and fresh as well.
Absolute garage - don’t waste your money. I tried them a few months back and wasn’t impressed but I thought I would give it another try. The staff were rude and acted inconvenienced by the fact that we wanted to order and then when we requested lids for our bowls. Ordered chicken Pad Thai and there was two tiny pieces of chicken. Save yourself the $12+ and go somewhere else.
Food came out FAST and was hot. Good food for the price. It's good, just like the main location in midtown. Good for a Thai fix when someone is near Broadway (the restaurant itself being located inside the food court). Recommend.
The best customer service ever!!! Hands down they recommended their favorites and my goodness gracious it was super bomb . comDrunken noodles and garlic vegetables was so delicious we had to come back and ordered more to take home.
The original thai esane is much better and more authentic. They cut all kinds of corners to make this work in the environment they're in here. Definitely go to the other location if you have the chance.
I flew from las vegas to nashville to visit some family and founD this place and thought I would get a regular thai food but I didn’t expect to get more than that. Best pad kra chicken I’ve ever had!!!! It was so delicious. I guess my nashville trip was worth it! And the staff was very nice and friendly. They’ll take care of you no matter what! Kudos.
Had high hopes, as I've heard good things about the stand alone restaurant. Unfortunately, this food court version is not very good or very authentic. Fresh rolls are just full of iceberg lettuce. Pad kra Pao uses regular broccoli instead of broccolini/Chinese broccoli and had zero heat at all. Pad Thai was on the sweet side. Drunken noodles were plain and unimpressive.Overall, I could tell some of the base flavors were there but a lot of corners were cut and absolutely no heat at all. Very disappointed.
All I can is, if your order is incorrect even if you have an allergy they WILL NOT re-make your order unless you pay for it again.Don’t worry about trying to get a hold of a real manager. She sits at home and only comes in once a month according to her employees!Highly disappointed in the place.
The Panang curry is delicious! It is my favorite I have been ordering it almost every week since the assembly food hall has opened. It is not spicy at all very flavorful and quite filling for lunch. The staff are very friendly. Do yourself a favor and try this place out!
