Food was good. Had about 10 people working and still had to wait 22 minutes past when the order was going to be ready according to the ToGoOrder receipt. Had to eventually leave my car and ask about the order. I know the one on West End is quick so try and go to that one. I think the Green hills does a lot more online Uber eats orders so I think that clogs up the kitchen. Just how it is these days
We love their gyros! The potatoes were a little cold and were clearly left sitting out for a bit. Otherwise, so good!
Great food, great, service, very friendly! I love that you can get healthy food reasonably fast and their order-ahead app makes it even faster and easier. They have good vegetarian food, seafood, plus chicken, steak and pork for omnivores!
Service with a smile and very friendly. Food was not up to their usual quality. Had the lamb gyro many times but this is the first time it was not good. Tough, cold, and full of gristle. Even the pita was old and the fruit was a lot rine. I will try again and hope this was a one off as they are usually really good!
I work for a delivery company of which I will not name. Taziki‘s could care less about getting any food out on time regardless of the situation! I arrived to pick up my order and was told it would not be ready for 20 minutes so I decided to deliver the other order that I had waiting in my car from another restaurant. This took approximately 12 minutes. After arriving back at Tazikis, I still waited another 10 minutes before I asked to speak to a manager. I was told (I assume by the head chef) that “they were very busy and the order would be ready when it was ready and it didn’t matter how long I had been waiting!” If I could give this store a zero I would do so!
I love Tazikis but my advice is don't order “to go” or delivery feom the green hills location, because your order will not be checked, and it will not be correct. And hey… that’s kind of important.
We eat here at least 3 times a week. The food is good but the customer service has gone way down recently. We spend $160+ each week. We love the food but they need a real customer service upgrade. Always seems to be a problem substituting Soft pita for Hard pita and we even order extra Sides of Pita each time. Really hope they can get with program and treat customers with respect and value
Awesome friendly staff. Even better food. I ordered the grilled chicken feast with rice. Very healthy, low calorie and tasty.
Tasty food. Remember this place.
