Fantastic. My milk stout was amazing as was the Benedict with short rib. Absolutely delicious in an inviting atmosphere.

Stopped in for brunch. Good special where you have a two for one drink on their buffet drink menu not bad two bloody Marys for 10 bucks. The spiced vodka that they used was really good. Had the weigh goo burger with fries very nicely done burger good size. Ate at the bar bartenders and staff were extremely friendly made for a nice meal experience. There is parking that you pay for right adjacent to the bar.

Tavern is a nashville staple! Wednesdays are the best, 2-for-1 cocktails all night! Great service, good food and great location in Midtown. Parking can be dicey but overall a good place to dine and drink!

My Favorite dish is the turkey sandwhich that comes on a pretzel bun! The guacamole is also a personal favorite. Sometimes it can be pretty loud in the resturant so I wouldn't choose it for an intimate meal, but it's a perfect lunch spot!

After a night out, this was the spot we needed to bring us back to life. We went on Sunday and they have this amazing 2 for 1 deal on drinks and there are a cpl of bloodys on that list.We ordered the Philly egg rolls as an app and they were so delicious. My friend got a turkey sandwich and added an egg and she ate every last bite. I got the Kobe burger with their Tuscan fries. Omg the fries were amazing and the burger was juicy. Portions were big and the prices were reasonable.

Waited an hour and a half for a table in a restaurant that is only using half their tables. I understand staff shortages, but if you have limited seating to the staff available, shouldn't service be decent? Apparently not. We sat at an unused table near the bar to sip our drinks while we waited for a table. When someone from our party went up to the bar to order more drinks (there was no bar server and we didn't expect one) the bartender was extremely short and rude. Seemed like he was wearing all the hate in the world on his face at that moment. He was a huge a**hole, but filled our drink order. We eventually got a table and service there was acceptable, but my Tavern burger tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. The top bun crumbled into dust at each bite. The meat was overcooked and dry. Congrats Tavern, that was the worst hamburger I've ever been served in 51 years. Wouldn't return here. Has potential but the staff make it undesirable.

Great food and atmosphere. I am taking off a point though because what they advertise as their gluten free menu online is inaccurate. Their online menu suggests everything can be made gluten free but when arriving you find out most things cannot. It's disappointing when you plan your food destinations off dietary restrictions and the advertised is incorrect.

Our first dining experience in Nashville started here. Arrived for brunch as most other places were closed. Staff greeted and seated us quickly, our server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Our party of 4 had a mixture of breakfast and lunch as well as cocktails. Food all came out hot and very flavorful, I would definitely recommend to anyone and would revisit in the future.

Awesome place! Everyone was super friendly and the food was good. Not giving 5 stars because the menu was a little odd and the food was good, but not the best I’ve had.
