The server here made the best supreme nachos tacos I never tasted before. Her recommendation was right on the spot. I will be back because of that. Sorry no pics, when the food is really good I forget to take the pics because I never stop eating. Sorry ?.
This place is terrible. It took over 5 minutes at the speaker to get them to take my order then after I ordered they said nothing so I pulled up to the window and they forgot what I ordered! Then they had me and six other vehicles in front of me pull around to the front door blocking many parking spots just so they can still get my order wrong. The guy came out and dug his hand through my bag to check it as well.It just doesn’t get worse than this.
The dude shareen had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER… Will ever return to this location again just because of him… and best believe I’m gon tell ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO VISIT THIS LOCATION EVER.. The lady supervisor tried to handle the issue but it was to late…
The cashier Tori was very accommodating and kind. The rest of the staff seemed to not want to do the order I was picking up and the ice coffee I ordered was water with a lil bitty bit of coffee. I'm sure it wasn't anyone's fault just a very uncomfortable experience.
If you have a limited lunch time don't go here. 30 minutes to go through drive-thru with only 2 vehicles ahead of me.Food is good, though
Food was hot and fresh. Employee at front counter was great and very pleasant. I gave one less star because the service was not fast especially during lunch rush. You would literally spend half of your lunch break waiting if you get an hour lunch.
Fairly quick service for a taco bell. The taco shells were crisp and the toppings were fresh. That is about what you can expect from one of these joints.
I ordered 2 Cinnabon, and a iced coffee.Cinnabon was hard as a rock, coffee was bitter.The lady at the drive thru window is rude.Why am I pulling up to the front doors for 2 Cinnabon and an iced coffee?I will not be stopping here anymore.Unless it’s the afternoon. They’ve got it together.But the morning people are AWFUL.
The best Taco Bell in town. The folks that work here are always decent and respectful to their customers, they're quick with their orders even when they're slammed, and the food is always fresh and hot. I hope this particular store is paying their staff well, cause they earn it. Out of all the fast food joints I've been to post covid, this one has consistently been great. I'm sure theyre short staffed like everyone else these days, but the service doesn't show it.
Service was good. Food came out as ordered. My only issue was I went to order the nacho fry steak wrap and the bowl of nacho fries and they didn't have that. My recommendation would be to put a sign up on the drive through board to let folks know.
