I've been dining here for years and have to give a well deserved shout out to Swagruha. The quality of the food and taste is always on point but what sets them apart is the owner who really cares about giving good service along with great food.Don't be fooled by this tiny little stall. Some of the Indian restaurants in their brick n mortar buildings have nothing on her food quality! For $9.49 you get rice, 2 curries and naan. It used to be 2 meat curries before the pandemic but with rising food prices she kept the price low and offers 1 meat and 1 veggie curry.Her pricing is probably the best of all the food stalls in the Farmer's market as well as authentic and delicious!
Nashville-native and I can't find anything that matches the quality and taste of Swaghura. I've been going for years, sometimes weekly, for the chili chicken and paneer. This spot never disappoints. Best Indian in Nashville by my account. Highly recommend.

I have eaten at every Indian restaurant in the Greater Nashville Metro area, and this is my favorite Indian food around. The quality is outstanding every single time. I love all of the spicy meat curries, the vegetable korma, and chili chicken. It’s Southern Indian, so lots of great spicy options. My wife and I are regular customers, and the owner is always so friendly. I hope this place is around for a very long time.
