Always consistently amazing and fresh sushi! The owners are so friendly and provide great service. I can’t think of a better sushi restaurant in Nashville. This place is a hidden gem.

Finally got to go to this place and it lived up to my own hype! A literal mom and pop restaurant with quality food and good service. No frills and a smaller place (about 4 tables and guessing less than 10 bar seats), so you may run into a wait. We went around 5:30 on a Saturday and it was 90% full the whole time we were there. Miso soup was great- not like other places who water it down and don’t put any thought to it. We thought the portions and prices were fair. It’s byob with a corkage fee and there’s a few liquor stores nearby. In a great area with lots to do before or after a great meal here! PS we started eating before all the pictures, so the portions are a little bigger
Fantastic service and even better sushi. The pieces were incredibly reasonable, and they had a lengthy assortment. We will absolutely be back.I would have taken photos but everything was gone too fast— delicious! ?
Very nice and personable itamae; sushi was made very competently but fish quality was only okay. Some was too cold. And it could have even fresher. Not cheap, but not expensive either.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant & the gentleman that was working there gave great service. I ordered the Playboy & Spicy Tuna rolls. They were fresh, well made, and delicious. Would recommend this place.
I hesitate to share this review and have this hidden gem inundated, but here goes.If you wanna have fresh excellent food, this is the place. Warm & inviting. Cozy, but i made it thru in a wheelchair. Hey gluten free folks, Mr & Mrs Lee have your back. Gluten free soy sauce. Only my 2nd foray in sushi, i loved the crunchy shrimp & Nashville roll. And don't skip the Miso ! Byob for a small fee. We closed the joint down & will be back again .
This is a great, cozy spot to get the best sushi in East Nashville. The owners are super nice and the food is always delicious.

Heard about this place on social media. I'm so glad I took the advice and went. It's a mom and pop shop owned operated only by mom and pop. When you walk in you get greeted by Mom "Mrs. Lee." And behind the counter making the sushi is pop "Mr. Lee". Is acquaint in cute little restaurant And you can see the food being made with love. I would definitely recommend this and I am definitely going back.
