I love sushi and it was the best sushi Iâve had in Nashville Tennessee. I am born and raised in Nashville and Iâve been to many sushi restaurants. This is by far the freshest Iâve ever had.
Loved the oxtail potstickers, miso cod and found the pork steam buns to be a bit under cooked but the pork belly itself was delicious. Also ordered octopus, brussel sprouts and uni. Disappointed in the octopus. The flavors were off putting, Brussels were just fine. Overall good experience and service was great.
The food that we received and when we received it was outstanding. However one item took almost 40 minutes beyond when we receive the first items; And then one personâs main item never was received at all even after asking the server a few times about whether it was still coming and we were assured it was. Then when weâre going to pay she acted as though it was no big deal/barely an apology. She then asked us to pile up our dishes for her so she could collect them? Never had someone ask us to do that in a fairly pricy place? (Although I normally try to do that m to help out but?). Disappointing.
This was our second time there. Our reservation was given away to another couple by âmistakeâ even though we were on time and had checked in early. Ordered two steaks cooked medium and they both came out well done. The server rushed us to leave the table by the end. For a $200 meal I was disappointed. Food was good, but next time we are going to try another restaurant
Such a fun place to go with friends to get good sushi and a good drink! Our waitress was so sweet. Definitely would go again!
Food was tasty & large portions. Waitstaff wasnât attentive to our table & forgot one of our dishes. Overall, will visit again.
I am a bartender one street over from Sunda and my regulars all rant and rave about this place so I had to try it. I was so impressed! we came for brunch and everything was so beyond delicious. I got the Filipino breakfast bowl with garlic rice, egg, and Filipino sausages and the flavors were so distinct and unique in the best way possible. I absolutely recommend Sunda and I canât wait to come back and try the dinner menu!
The food and ambience were amazing, but the place was busy and so service was pretty delayed. Would definitely come back!
Great spot for sushi. Higher end but definitely worth it. Very cool vibeâ¦. Our server (she was working the bar area) was super helpful and did a great job! Would recommend.
From the moment we arrived the entire staff was welcome, informative and assisted us with the menu. The place was quiet enough to allow for easy conversation. The space was clean and well appointed. Our servers were extra sweet and attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. It was a wonderful Birthday experience.
