The facility looked closed, but a small sign in the door started they were open. Minimal staff working, but the burgers were perfectly cooked and made quickly even with many people dining in.A great experience and reminder as to the power of Good employees ?
Me and my boyfriend pulled to the drive through and my bf forgot to add my milkshake so we get to the window and the white old lady with a missing tooth had the nerve to say we can’t add on anything because of the rain. That was complete bullsh*t. She tells us to pull up and wait for our food. We’re waiting over 20 minutes in the car. By that time my boyfriend and I are very frustrated so he goes in to get our order. He’s in there for another 15 minutes waiting for our order. When he came back to the car he told me the same old white lady with the missing tooth said we were last. After we watched other people that ordered after us received their order and we didn’t. My food is cold. The customer service is terrible. By far the worse experience I’ve ever had getting fast food. If I could rate no stars I would. ??????
Just in case you were wondering, S&S made good on their decision to fire all their waitstaff. This is our first time back at this location since pre pandemic and we had wondered if there would be waitstaff or not. We won’t be back.
Love coming here in the weekends when I do my laundry. Staff is professional. Food is good. Prices are reasonable. Food is cooked well and quick. Would recommend everyone try this location!
Great for a late night burger. No cashiers anymore, fully automated check out.
The people were so friendly and made sure to help us. Only problem is that the food was dripping in grease. Literally. I love the food this visit was just different.
I ordered online for a pick up and got there and waited for 10 minutes then we finally got to the speaker and said we had a pick up order pulled to the window and they told us to pull to front and it’ll be brought out soon so we waited 35 minutes waiting so I finally we inside and ask for a refund took 10 minutes for them to give my money back and I’m not the only one who was inside there was other people to get a refund I mean I understand because I’m a manger at a fast food as well so I understand we all go through it I just don’t recommend this place thanks for the worst service ever even my fast food can do better and treat your customers right.
This place ruined my entire night! On 1/13/22 I was asked to pull over, my food would be bought out to me. I waited 30 minutes, a younger lady came out and stated that the food was just being cooked, she went on to say that everyone was new, the shift manager she said didn’t want to help do anything so he finally just started helping. I waited 10 more minutes she came back out asking if I got my food I told her no, she said my ticket stated order complete!!! I told her to bring my money and I left! A whole 30-40 minutes and left with no food!!! I do not suggest this area at not, especially in the evening after 5pm!!!
Food was good. The only complaints I have are the men’s bathroom had no hand soap and the tables and floor were not clean in the dining room. I told them about the bathroom needs soap and no one did anything, maybe they did after we left. It’s all about first presentation. They really need to work on keeping the dining room cleaned and bathrooms loaded with supplies.
Ordered to go order and only gave me one of the 3 burger and neither of the shakes. Was told to wait and have been waiting for over 45 minutes. Not answering the phones and are about to close……. I would like a refund….. have called the phone number several times without a response….. terrible service
