If you are a Nashvillian and you remember how good this place used to be on the East Side, don’t come here…you will be disappointed. I used to be obsessed with these biscuits but the ones they’re serving now at this location are dry and overpriced. Also the chicken sandwich was equally dry and overpriced. Only leaving this review because this place was once great and it would be awesome if it could be great again…until they make some major changes, don’t bother.

Great venue. Try the vanilla brandy latte. Delicious!

A favorite spot for a really good espresso. Seriously. I’ve been visiting and sending friends since they opened. The new grain bowl is a delicious and welcome addition to the menu. And they have a few coffee based cocktails on their menu. Their Irish coffee is hands down one of my favorite beverages in Nashville - so delicious! Reminder to self: the “coffee bar” closes 30 minutes before the kitchen closes! I never think of the “coffee bar” as a bar, but the staff and management definitely care for the work and workers that way, as was clarified for me when I called. ☺️?

Appliance shopping so popped in for fuel. Had topo and chicken..and deism had a spicey chutney egg biscuit number that was divine

We seriously love this place. We've stopped here several times when we are in that part of Nashville, and every time we've been completely impressed with the food. We've gotten most of the menu at this point, including the American Breakfast, the avocado toast, the waffle, the southern staple, the crispy potatoes, and a few of the drinks. Everything we've had so far has been amazing, and we really love the vibe in the place.

I went to Stay Golden during a visit to Nashville. It was very good. I went for breakfast, the food and coffee was very good. The waiter was nice and funny. It was an enjoyable meal. I now get a bimonthly delivery of their coffee to my home in Missouri. I’m very impressed. Thanks Stay Golden!

I love stay golden! I absolutely love the atmosphere as well as the upstairs seating options. I have loved seeing them grow and develop and love the way the company values customer feedback and a wonderful customer experience. The crispy potatoes are my kryptonite-with a side of Mayo- perfect. And their coffee is wonderful too! My only qualm is I’m a cream in my coffee kinda gal and when I get the drip I ask to add cream but it’s usually not enough for me! It would be nice to add my own half and half but also I totally understand that it may not be possible due to the current world pandemic ;) anyways, I’m a big fan of this place and hope to see it grow and succeed!!

This is a tourist place that is highly overpriced. The biscuit was hard, the sausage was way to strong and I didn’t eat it. The potatoes were good. The wait to get seated was excessively long and there is no waiter or waitress. They bring your drink and food and they never come back. It’s a breakfast sandwich that isn’t worth it.

This is not the best breakfast in Nashville. Only someone not from here would say that. There is always a line/wait to get in. The biscuits are good but hard. The picture you see is The Jam w/crispy potatoes. The biscuit is as hard as it looks. Honestly, bojangles or Hardee’s have a better biscuit. This is a pricey spot. We would only come back if we had friends that wanted to. They have waffles and tacos (only during the week) that I wouldn’t mind trying.

Reading the other reviews it’s obvious they are tourists and not natives to Nashville. This is not the best breakfast in town. No where near close. Tourist go here. It is usually always packed. Food is okay. Biscuit was good but too hard. I’ve had a better biscuit sandwich at Hardee’s or Bojangles. It is a pricey spot with an avg $20 a person for breakfast/brunch. We decided to stop in because we wanted to start reviewing all the tourist spots in town. It is in a neighborhood that is in need for more restaurants.
