Today, after a long day, I walked into this Starbucks location as I normally do to get coffee. Admittedly, I was exhausted from the day and completely missed the sign on the door and on the outside easel while walking in that stated the employees were only taking pickup and drive through orders.I walked in to no acknowledgement of my presence from any of the staff and walked past the barriers to get the cashier’s attention to see if someone could explain to me what was going on. The male employee that was behind the register was extremely rude and spoke to me in such a nasty way. I most likely will not return if every employee treats customers this way.
good initiative of the employee in the car service and for the vehicles writing down the orders of the clients in the line the time I was there on the other side of the parking lot in the Public I could see that it was a good initiative of the employee, to make the line move more Quick.
Love showing up in the morning to get coffee and a little bit of work down only to find out they’ve decided to switch to mobile orders or this long as heck drive through line only and completely close instore sitting space or ordering.
Im not from here its our first time to come to this place, we have appointment this area and we though we can stop and order our breakfast, we wait like 15-20min inside for our food&drink. wen they call my order for the hot sandwich I felt just a little warm not hot then wait for our drink then headed to the car. we bite our sandwich, then more bites and its cold way to the middle. im very disappointed and didnt enjoy my food I spend $20.87. I wanna go back and give them back and let them see, but its 4miles from the radiology office. Please Manager, can you do about this situation?
Bad location. No parking and usually congested. Long wait times. Ordered on the app and had to cancel. Had to call several times to get my money back. Urhhh!
Starbucks is probably the most know the place for the best coffee in the world but have tasted better but this morning I really enjoyed their sandwiches
The guy working the drive through was nice and helpful for checking availability on an item, and after I complete my small order of 3 cakepops and 1"tall" iced coffee he says my total will be 8.90. So I expect to pay 8.90... when I get to the window he says my total is 11.85 and that he must've not had the iced cofee on there when he rung it up. It seems dishonest and overall a scam to pay almost 12 dollars for 3 cakepops and a small basic iced coffee

Great staff and amazing coffee. Absolutely obsessed with Starbucks cups as well they always have a great selection when I come in.
I mistakenly placed my Starbucks order at the wrong store in TN, and I called and spoke to Corbin at this location. He and the staff were super sweet and took care of my order for me even though the app was giving me trouble. 100% recommend this location and thanks again Starbucks staff!
