Had a drink there today. It is downtown Nashville. They don’t have to put care or concern into customer service because of the high traffic. However, if you can avoid this one, it is worth your time. When we visited there was no line. I ordered my wife a drink. Then a line of 10 people visited at once. There were 3 employee’s. The boss she doesn’t help when there is a line. The one employee was stocking shelves instead of moving the line. The biggest pet peeve was that 4 people received their drink prior to her cold vanilla latte. It took longer than 20 for her drink.
Staff wouldn’t let a woman with a baby order coffee. Claimed it was closed at 5 minutes before 6pm when they actually closed.
Staff looks over worked, store was dirty and they were out of everything the whole time I was on vacation. However, the staff is the only reason they get 3 stars .. the store itself would get no stars.
I just love their coffee and drink it where ever I go.
Went to Starbucks on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered a keto pink drink. When I got my order it was purple and tasted like water down kool-aid. When I ask them about it they said it was the way the mix it it. So I paid over 5 dollars for some water down kool-aid.
Nice location with friendly staff. Would come again.

This has to be my favorite Starbucks location! Only 2 blocks from my office and the baristas are super kind and helpful. They know my name and greet me warmly every time. Also this is one of the rare locations with good selection of Starbucks merchandise! I always look to this place for the good stuff ;)Also the people in the area obviously love this place because I get to see local cute dogs every now and then here too :p
I ordered a Venti Carmel Frappuccino and two cake pops and was charged $13.82. They tried to give me a Tall and when I pointed it out the girl was rude and rolled her eyes. Like that’s what I paid for. Maybe she should listen better instead of taking it out on the customer for wanting what they were charged for. They use to have the sweetest employees but now everyone is just straight up rude for no reason. I definitely do not recommend going to this location. ?????♀️
