Ashley was friendly, engaging and had the best customer service I have received in a while.
It should have not taken so long for two drinks, she was very very slow.

I read a lot of reviews about this location being slow and or short staffed but due to the size and the location I think that they are perfectly staffed and I think that they take care to make sure that their orders are correct. However, if you don’t have patience then it may not be the best place for you. Every Starbucks in the Nashville area has lines out the Wazoo. So if you want your overpriced lattes then you have to be willing to wait for them. Five stars on cleanliness and on friendliness of the baristas here. Chandler is an absolute dream and he brightens up my day. I love the location convenient to Pilates and Publix.
They accept Apple pay but not android, yet 70% of market are Android based. Lack of management

Terrible customer service. I came in at 4:45pm to get a drink. The girl working the register told me to “get out” because they were closed. The hours said the store closes at 5pm. I will never come to this Starbucks location again.
Not sure I’ve been to a worse Starbucks. Slow… don’t have nitro. Don’t seem to care that they are slow or disorganized.
The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how it is humanly possible to move this slow. I’ve been here for almost 45 minutes waiting to get a coffee. Almost no one is getting orders in at the register, and they’re maybe cranking out 1 ice coffee every 15 minutes - not exaggerating. And they’re still messing up orders and having trouble keeping track of orders.
