Wildly inaccurate pickup times from app. Don't expect to get your coffee in any reasonable amount of time. Ordered ahead but was told their were 20 drinks ahead. What's the point of the app then?
One of the best Starbucks locations in Nashville! Super spacious, very quick service, great workspace! FYI, there's no drive thru at this location.
Everything was fine up until I didn’t feel my drink was adequately made the way that I PAID FOR IT TO BE MADE & the barista didn’t feel that he should remake it but instead advised me to take the top off to add more and I thanked him for his MINIMAL efforts and he acted as if he didn’t even want to say that I’m welcome. Need someone new and willing to satisfy the customer FIRST.
I’ve gone to this Starbucks for years. They have curbside pickup and seating inside. No drive thru. During the day, it’s a big meeting spot. It’s not the best one to visit with children to sit, but it’s a great work meetup location.
Stopped in after the gym this morning and Dylan was super helpful with my mobile order. Personable and friendly which got my day off to a great start! This location has such a friendly team!!
This Starbucks rocks. They’re right by 2 different schools and a hospital (so they’re always slammed in the mornings) and they do an awesome job. Kudos to everyone tht works there
Starbucks on Madison street in Clarksville is extremely slow. I order online every time I go and still wait 30 additional minutes for my drink. No point in ordering online if you still waits 20-30 mins.
Been here a few times and have received great customer service. The bathroom is always dirty ?. Coffee has always been good.
My mom was in Tennessee this past Saturday 8:50 pm 8/14/21 and her card was recently cancelled, the gentlemen at the window (my mom said he looked white, he had curly hair) took care of her and the rest of my families coffees. My moms trying to find him so she can show him her appreciation and pay him back. If this location can email me back and lead us to him it’d be greatly appreciated
“Tips” are the valuable part of the American culture. I do expect Starbucks to join that great culture by facilitating “digital tips” option in addition to a traditional cash option (nova days most of us don’t carry cash and fill sad being unable tipping store associates due to lack of such an option at payment desk.
