Food is great. Drinks are made well. The girl at the counter in the morning was obviously tired and they were busy. That being said..... I received a lot more attitude than I needed at 8:30 in the morning. I was looking for my food..though I could've asked. I didnt want to interupt their workflow. I located my order, the food marked with my name on it was grouped with maybe 8 other drinks and orders were scattered in the counter. I tried to find my drink assuming it would be next to my food. Instead of being helped, I was barked at by this girl that "this was a delivery order". I told her the situation but she still was very adamant about those drinks being for a delivery. I asked "okay where is my drink? If I have to wait that's fine but lose the attitude". Not very kindly she put my drink in front of me and when I tried to get my food she said it was for the delivery. It wasn't until I pointed out my name was on the bag and all those names were "Brooke". The lightbulb went off. She still wanted to argue even though I had my food and the transaction was now complete. I stormed out and one of the other baristas asked what the issue was and I told her "she has an attitude for no reason". Looking back now she certainly had a reason but it didn't need to be taken out on me. Next time point the names out. You don't need to see the name the customers do.
Location appears to just be a poorly run franchise. I've only gone to this location early in the mornings on weekdays but decided to go on an afternoon & the experience was HUGELY different. My drink was made incorrectly so I returned after getting it in the drive through. I'm not a rude person so being overly confrontational is a non-factor, however the woman who works the register could use some basic customer training. Not only was the order not made according to the menu, instead of just apologizing & fixing it she proceeded to argue with me, presumably to cover for her onlookers in the background who took the order & made it incorrectly. She clearly knew what the drink actually should have been, as she quickly remade it while she told me I was wrong lol I attempted to find a place of reason by showing her the drink description right on the menu but decided to just thank her for the remake, take the hit on the added espresso shot I paid for & not spend money there anymore. A shame because the morning workers actually manage to both greet you, AND make the orders efficiently as specified on the menu. Help your evening folks out, they need it badly; long drive through lines, incorrect basic orders and poorly handled bring backs are pretty avoidable, but explains the overall location rating too.
I go to Starbucks all the time. I use this location for business, personal, and pleasure. Staff is very accommodating, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them. Follow me for more reviews.
Slowest drive thru ever maybe? When you do mobile order with pick up inside it is 20 times faster. I don't know what goes on with the drive thru but I wouldn't bother.
it was the worst experience ever I ordered 2 small Frappuccino double chocolate chip no coffee in the drive thru and when I got the drinks it was the wrong one so I came back in the store and asked if they can make me the right ones but I was told that they run out of the chocolate chip so I asked to get my money back which they did refund it back but it was a big mistake to make a wrong order or whoever took my order didn't know what she was doing even it was busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes in line to order. I hope something can be done about that thanks
Sandwiches use to be more flavorful...Coffee is bitter most of the time and overpriced all of the time, now that they have increased the prices. Seriously wondering why should anyone pay this much for coffee...Service is really bad now also. They never get the order right and rudely don't care. Time to say goodbye to Starbucks.
The cashier was rude , didn’t say how are you back when I asked, or “yes , how can I help you ?” After seeing her taking orders from the headphones that she was wearing I didn’t want to interrupt . So proceeded to stare at me until I said my order and after I scanned my Starbucks card she didn’t say thank you or anything. How do I know if my transaction is approved? But the other baristas were nice and I like the seating there
This location does not accommodate the customers who are working from home. They are hardly ever available for take out / Uber Eats. Instead the closest location available for delivery is always Mt Juliet which makes no sense. This location is becoming one of my least favorite places to order from.
Best freaking Danish I ever eat. Some kinda berry sweetgum something.. freaking amazing.
Nicest Starbucks I've seen and really helpful staff. 5 stars from me.
