Just moved to the area. I was excited to get some Starbucks and the lady at the drive through window was very rude. I thought people in the south were supposed to be nice ?♀️
Excellent customer service being from Texas we're not used to that anymore but these girls knew what they were doing and we're friendly I'm happy to be working
We come here monthly for business meetings and they never have a problem with is being there for 2-3 hours. Always friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in.
Very disappointed in the Starbucks I come to almost every week. I work for a laboratory 15 hours a day. Yesterday was my birthday I was not able to get in. I went in today seeing if I showed my ID and my membership if I could get my birthday drink. They said I'm sorry that's only for the day of. Really sad. Will not be coming back.

Favorite drive thru to begin a long weekend road trip. Today's drive thru employees were friendly and kind. Peppermint Mocha made with soy was yummy! Had a Christmas gift card which made my latte even sweeter!
The coffee was great. I'd have given them 5 stars but the line was way long and they were moving slow

Traveling and passing by use the restroom plus to grab some food. The staff was super friendly and fast. The restrooms were clean and private. Baby changing station is included which is a huge plus! Yummy Frappuccino ?
I love the wait that I had to wait to get the whitest caramel ribbon crunch coffee ever. When I asked why it was so white the the employee took the coffee from my hands and just put a whole waterfall of caramel on top instead of making the actual coffee good. So then she re made it came to me and asked me if they were dark enough and they were cause they used the entire Starbucks stock for tristate area of caramel so I said “at this point I don’t care, I’ve waited enough” as she shoved the coffee into my hands with the force of a whole train. I said “thanks for the attitude” and I loved the fact that that women who had her bra showing slammed the drive through door in my like I would actually care if she got fired or not. Overall good service.
