The staff is always friendly! Drive thru has gotten much faster! Lead person Lillian rocks! When I see her there she is always focused, friendly, & professional!I highly recommend this Starbucks, it stays busy for a reason!

My wife and daughter were in tonight. They ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade, strawberry lemonade, caramel frappuccino and a coffee frappuccino made with coconut milk. They were out of strawberries so they asked for another dragon fruit lemonade. When they got to the window there were only 2 drinks. My family apologized for the mistake and asked for the other 2 drinks. Annie Gomez, the employee implied they were trying to get something for free, became rude and arrogant. My wife goes to that Starbucks everyday. No one has ever acted that way.The coffee was still wrong, they made iced coffee instead of frappuccino. Annie Gomez brought my 15 year old daughter to tears. I called the store to discuss the situation, spoke with Lillian.She was not prepared for such a situation. She just wanted to get me off the phone. She offered a free drink, which I refused. She said, “I will talk to her about being nicer to people”. Wow.I guess we know why Dos is doing so well.

I was not impressed with the music selections and how loud the music was in the store. Many, many people go inside of Starbucks to have a peaceful place to sit and study, do work, have small meetings, ect. The music was very popish and loud. I could not focus on studying at all, even with my AirPods in. I actually couldn’t listen to my own music at all through my AirPods because the store music was turned up so loud. I was very disappointed. I miss the old “coffee shop” music played at a softer volume. As soon as the public library was open at 2pm, I left Starbucks so I could have a quiet place to go.

So disappointed. This is the second time ordering a Tea and coffee. Plain tea, dark roast with 2 shots. Nothing special. My coffee took 10 minutes longer, no cold foam, no communication, no sweetener, not sure if the 2 shots made it in either. This use to be my favorite place, that is why I gave 3 stars. Hoping it gets good again.

The service was the sweetest! I usually feel lost trying to order at some Starbucks restaurants, but these people are very kind and helpful. Very comfortable!

I placed a mobile order that was to be ready around 10:23 and it was not ready until 10:40 and my drink was not made correctly. This experience definitely makes me want to go to other Starbucks over this one from now on.

Been coming to this location for a min. Love the staffs. Everyone always friendly. Today I decided to try the ( red velvet loaf ) which was delicious something different for me. I usually always get a Venti White Mocha Chocolate with extra shot but today I got an tall. This hit the spot. Great way to start out the morning.I recommend this location

Hard for me to believe as much business as Starbucks has they can't give change on larger bills. Ridiculous. Everyone doesn't use a debit card.

Very clean. Wonderful, perky employees. How they maintain their cool in such a hectic demanding establishment is beyond me but very impressive. Love how big the inside and outside seating area is. The drive thru and parking area definitely needs some rethinking however.

How are you gonna have a line out the door on Christmas Eve and only have ONE PERSON ON REGISTER. 20 minutes for lukewarm coffee. Perfect.
