Small but pleasant atmosphere. Coffee a bit grainy, but fast and friendly staff. Pricy but its Starbucks so ya know LOL.
This is the third time I have ordered Caramel Machiato and it tastes like hot chocolate from a package. I have been drinking this brew for years and this is the last time I will get one at this location. Wish I could get my $ back
They are very busy and even though they are busy they are looking to help where they can and keep a positive attitude. They are great what they do. Everyone keep up the great work.
I have been coming here for a while now and have really tried to hold my tongue but unfortunately, it has gone down hill. I have been doing the app to order ahead and sometimes it works out great, but lately it has been horrible. There is ZERO sense of urgency and even though I have ordered 10 minutes ahead of time, they still have not made my order and don’t seem to really care. This location and their employees seems to be banking on the fact that they are at a good location and will get business regardless of customer service and quickness. Here is to hoping something closer opens up by me so I can avoid this Starbucks all together.
Horrible horrible location. I will drive miles out of my way before ever going here again. They are SOOOO SLOW. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes and then get the wrong drink! Called the store and they just didn’t care. Have had this happen several times before and just moved on and didn’t comment but this was the last time. I’m telling you, I visit a lot of Starbucks, and this location by far is the worst I have ever experienced. Shop here at your own risk. You’ve been warned!!!
I am rarely disappointed in Starbucks. However, I went inside to order a grande Pike and was one of 2 customers (the other person was waiting for a grande Pike, also). Drive-through was busy, but there were 6 people working and I waited over 5 minutes before someone asked if I was waiting for a mobile order. I said I was waiting for a grande Pike. So she pours my coffee and as she hands it to me, it spills on my hand which is bad enough but the coffee was not hot. I've been to this store before covid, so it's probably just my bad luck. But overall, it was very disappointing experience.
I’m a regular customer at Starbucks in hermitage. the service is always good. no complaints.
Placed a mobile order for the wrong location, didn't know it until I was at the speaker and the very kind gentleman told me it was no big deal, that he would replace my order free of charge, to simply call the other location and cancel my order. Great customer service ?
To start this off, I am a partner at Starbucks which is almost, if not an hour away from this one. I stay at my boyfriends house 2 times out of the week for school and I pass about 5-6 Starbucks’ on my way to college, but I always choose this one to go to because they are the nicest people at a Starbucks I have been to besides my own store. They do a really good job at making you feel comfortable and they’re attitudes are great especially for it being in the morning ! I’ve visited every Starbucks on my way to school and each one besides the Madison one either made my drink incorrect or they weren’t nice at all so I always come back to this one because my drink is always made right here and I love how they treat their customers. I understand the struggles of the job, but you guys are doing a great.
Loved it great courtesy and wonderful perfectly cooked food.!!!!
