I showed up on a walk with my service animal to get a refill on my cup of coffee and without asking if he was a service animal, a lady working there called out and said dogs are not allowed in the shop. There were no signs on the outside even stating that pets weren’t allowed, much less ESAs. This is a huge overstep and actually illegal to deny service animals access. I just left without my coffee per what we are instructed to do in the ESA registration. However, I will be following up with the business owner to educate their staff on how to interact with customers and what it means for someone to have a service animal, including what those rights actually entail. 0/5 stars today ma’am.
I ordered a blueberry bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The bagel was different, not the best, but good. The coffee tasted great black. The atmosphere feels really local and Southern, which is good since they're not trying to aesthetically make you feel like you're somewhere you're not. The service was great too. Highly recommend!
Fun to share this neighborhood place with my resident neice after a good walk on the Greenway. I tried a new tea and my mral was delicious.We sat outside on the deck. It was very nice.
This was one of the worst experiences for getting food. The line was so long & their online ordering was broken. I really hope they consider getting Snackpass to help them with their ordering bc the current in store and advanced ordering experience is awful
I had to explain how to get a college degree to the manager without taking on debt and having a certified trade to fall back on as a plan B. And all he said was (man i dont know about bbq round here its good.) Take a vaccine shut down our schools and shut off your brain this nation is doomed. Coffee was pretty suss even with it being free. You sir need good luck more than me.

We thought these tasted like grocery store bagels. They weren’t terrible but were hard and didn’t have much flavor. I had an everything bagel with cream cheese and my husband had a bagel sandwich. The coffee was really good though.
So yummy! Been here a handful of times. There’s typically a line but it moves pretty quickly. I love the challah bagels
Staff was friendly, food was fast, latte was good! Loved the Italian sandwich. Nice little place that feels like mom and pop.
I love the chai latte and all the bagels I have had so far are good. There is not a ton of parking , so be prepared to look at bit for a spot when it’s busy.
