Itâs bar food. Itâs not upscale bar food or well-executed bar food. Itâs just mediocre bar food. Sonnyâs is probably a pretty cool neighborhood hang out for locals who want a casual place to hang out, but itâs certainly not a destination to go for.

I was extremely concerned with the number of dogs in the common area, two which were sitting at the bar with their owners. There is an outdoor patio, which would seem more reasonable, so that pet hair is not floating around on guestsâ food. Another annoyance that my party and I witnessed was the number of waitresses, who petted the fur babies, went to retrieve our food and brought it back without washing their hands. Lastly, I booked the reservation for a birthday brunch and was impressed with the photos on the booking app but when we got there, the menu was limited to nearly none of those items and mainly included a pancake social. Overall, the vibe was nice.
-The outdoor section with cornhole, large Jenga, connect four, and dog friendly with water dishes. Such a chill vibe. Love it.-Live music & live DJ on Sundays.-The tots are outta the bag kind so order with toppings and thank me later.-Brisket sandwich is made in house and the meat was good, but it lacked a memorable flavor. Smashed burger or the chicken fingers > brisket.-Waitresses are super nice. Particularly Lindsey.-Two dude bartenders always look like they hate life.-The music can be overly loud at times.
Made a reservation on for Monday, June 20th, showed up to the restaurant and they were closed for maintenance.
Food was not impressive, but service and ambiance was exceptional.
Definitely recommend! Has a great vibe and atmosphere. We will be back for sure!
Great experience. We could tell they were short staffed but our server did a wonderful job of attending to us and providing us with great customer service. We enjoyed the happy hour drinks and the vibes were good.
