Service was slow coming out of the kitchen. But the car hop was very pleasant. Ordered cherry limeades for drinks. Sent them back because all they were were carbonated water. Took 15 minutes to get them replaced. It was the same with the second go round. Third time was better but no slice of lime or cherry in the drink. I'm not sure why the product quality has diminished so much at the White House Sonic. I want to support local businesses but the businesses make it a struggle to do so.
Location...Donelson pike... server was extremely sweet...ordered 2 grilled cheese double burger (received hot and very good)great value and a lot of sandwich...Also, med peppers and a route 44 sweet tea...asked for a refill on tea...only would give us a med tea...we took it!.most other Sonics will oblige to our request...otherwise, we like this store...thanks?
Ordered a Oreo blast. The cookies were not Oreos. They are not using real authentic Oreos. The taste was off then l looked at a few bigger chunks of the cookies none of then had Oreo on them. I’m fat l eat a lot of Oreo these are not Oreos that you serve on 7/27/22. I’ll be contacting corporate. False advertising using fake goods. Smh.
Great when using the app. Half price drinks always on there. Been really great service lately aswell.
Food is always hot and fresh. Servers always come with a smile. I did notice on this visit that Sonic has finally updated there debit card/credit card to the 21st century, you can now add a tip when you pay. This is so helpful since I rarely have cash, and the servers definitely deserve it!
This is supposedly one of a few Sonics in the Nashville metro that is open until midnight on weekends. I tried to order at 10:58pm and was told they were closed for the night. I understand that everyone is having staffing issues or other things could be going on, but post it somewhere or update your website so that people aren't driving across town for nothing when gas is this expensive.
Shakes and slushies are great in this weather and sonic is always fast delivering straight to your car. The app helps speed things up as well.
The 1st location (5mi drive) was Cash only. Drove to this one (another 5 mi).Terrible. Still manage to messed up my order and gave me no sauce after I specificly requested one. Bye Sonic!
They had 60 cent corn dogs. I bought 10. They gave me 12. I saved 3 for the next day. Love it. Cute phillipino waited on me.
The food that I ordered was cold and disgusting. It's like after a certain time they don't care how the food is served. I won't be returning to Sonic. WASTED time and money!!!! Should have came back for a refund.
