Great food ,always fresh snd hot ,hope they fix potholes in drive-thru soon
Sonic Drive Ins (including this one) have devolved from what was once a great hamburger stand years ago to a pathetic shadow of what they once were. I try and go back, and every time I do, I get some lukewarm mess in a bag that looked like someone sat on it, with cold fries or onion rings that taste like they were using cake batter. This is the kind of place that after I ate what I bought, I get mad at myself for throwing money away. I'm sure Sonic will pull this review or chalk it up to someone getting paid to burn them, but I'm a regular person who remembers when Sonic was so much better.
Burger was eeehhh?? Not hot asked for lettuce and tomato ?, only got a tomato. Tater tots were good, but not hot??
This sonic is always bad. Whatever I don’t expect much from Nashville fast food spots and you shouldn’t either. Neighborhood is sketch tho.
I went to this location and went to the board for a walk up order cause I do not have a car. On the board was a note saying it wasn’t working, to order from any other board. So I did that, and they say on the intercom it’s drive thru only. Basically I don’t have a car so I wasn’t able to order. The manager proceeded to say ‘get out’ because I was trying to explain the board wasn’t working so there wasn’t a way for me to order. I assumed that’s why the walk up board was there to begin with. So I walked away with nothing because they refused service.
Excellent Burgers and Shakes fast. This location sometimes has problems with the App not working??

They just need more employees. The food is not good at all, and they keep getting orders wrong.
Rather slow service at 12:46. The place outside is disturbingly NOT maintained. ordered a simple number 6 and when i looked in the bag the photo shows what i received. dont know why they would think i would like to eat that but sent it back and the guy on the box wanted to try and give me an attitude and told me sometimes the wrapper does that! what? someone turning it sideways makes it look like that. will not be eating there again!! eater beware!!!!!
The line was kinda long but the lady at the window was really sweet.
