Very poor customer service! The server was on her phone the entire time, ignoring customers and orders. I ordered a medium shake but another customer that ordered an entire meal several minutes after I ordered received hers first. And the shake had a funny taste to it- seems like the machine wasn't cleaned properly

I am a huge Sonic fan! BUT this place is absolutely disgusting. There is no way this place would pass a health food inspection right now. Building looks old and broken down half the intercoms don't work. Food tasted very old and cold tea was completely soured. I've never experienced anything like this at a Sonic before.
Order is never correct, prices are too high to. Only thing that's pretty good are the cheese sticks. Thats about all they can't get wrong
The guy at the window was rude and his coworker removed his shirt while we were waiting g o. Our food and after it arrived they had anxiously tampered with it so we did t even eat it. NEVERGOTO THIS PLACE
Fast food At it finest! Food was cooked and served as ordered. Customer was great and I was in and out in great timing.

Normally, this one is good on their quickness to get their orders. In. Maybe I was in a hurry to get to work. However, I was in one of the booths. And I was there for at least 5-7 minutes waiting to give my order. I caught the drive thru taker doing more than giving the customer service. You have to understand. And I know that she saw me out there waiting! There’s more than 1 person out there waiting to have their order taken! And you shouldn’t have to wait til you’re done gossiping or something. Some people are in a hurry! And it would be acknowledged. You probably won’t read this. Because you may have more important things to worry about. But it would help if you would pay attention more. Thank you.
Service here was very fast, but they got my friends food wrong after repeating it twice. While this normally isn't a big deal, this was a food allergy and could have resulted in a hospital visit. Aside from that, our service was fine.
