Placed a mobile order almost an hour ago. Service was super slow. Asked lady if everything was ok and what was going on. She gave kind of a bad attitude. After an hour of waiting, finally received our order but it wasn’t even hot. It was cold as can be and probably had been sitting there the entire time and nobody grabbed it. Definitely not returning here again. Absolutely not worth the money I paid

They ONLY had their drive thru running. There's not enough room for this! Cars were literally waiting in the street to pull into the lot! DANGEROUS!! The food was good, but the wait was so long. I waited 34 minutes for a burger&a drink! I paid&ordered on app which should make it quicker... ??‍♀️????‍♂️

On June 4, 2022 there was only a drive through window. Ordering was a disaster. I ordered a hamburger. The employee insisted they only had cheese burgers. The tots were cold and old. The two milkshakes were awful. I have never experienced such bad food and service at a Sonic. Never again.

Well it was a bummer. When someone charges you for a product they don't have. Lucky the real manager was there and he put me some Onion rings in the fryer. It would be a long time before I go to this Sonic again. Go before evening because I think they only cater to people who get off by 4 or 5pm.This is why you really have to pick a good staff because it was them who made the mistake. If they would stop texting they could focus more on what they were doing.It's a shame how young folks don't take pride in their jobs.

I order in the app hoping to reduce the wait time, however all bays were closed an I had to wait 30-45 mins. to receive my order (only 5 cars in front of me). I was then told, at the window, that they were out of onion rings so I had them replaced with tots. I was also disappointed with the 4 wimpy pickle fries in the order. They tasted good, but not worth the price. Neither of the slushes were frozen and one was actually warm. They were also extremely thick and syrupy. I have had to swap out my order every time I go to this location because they are out of stock of something and make sure they include your sauces. I don't think they put sauces in the bag unless you ask even if your order is supposed to come with sauce... ?

It has been 3 weeks now I've came here every Thursday to try and get a bite to eat before class, finally after 45 mins I got my meal. Now look at my picture. I paid 9$ for fried breading, none of the popcorn chicken in the box has any meat, so that's a waste.An this place has had there machines down(drive up). One person working at the drive thru. Everyone else just stands there. This is terrible, not just because of service , food quality but location and people getting backed up in the streets and collision about to happen because everyone's confused why drive up doesn't work and then backing out into other cars. It's a nightmare here and why has it been this way for 3 weeks now...? Fire the current employees and get new ones that wasn't to work because these people are just lazy and do not care, I don't care if they think they want more money, you need to show me your worth more money.

They literally are refusing all orders that are not drive thru with NO SIGN, won't pick up the phone, and won't answer the call button on the menu sign. The ice cream machine is "down" here more than any location I've ever heard of or seen because they are too lazy to make ice cream items(machine isn't actually broken) and this is literally the worst sonic I've ever been to in the entire United States, and I've been to a lot of Sonics.I hate that it is the closest one to my house. They even ignored our mobile order.After 20 minutes after we checked in to get our order we go through the drive thru line that is backed up to the street and have to wait another 20 minutes to get someone to respond to the drive thru box. They literally waited until after 8pm to respond so they could day they are taking online, doordash, and Uber eats orders ONLY. I told them I checked into stall #13 40 minutes ago and they said to just pull around, seemingly upset that I didn't just drive off. When I got to the front of the line at the window, there were 3 people standing around doing nothing while one person was doing all of the work. Two were talking to each other by the food prep area, one was working under them, and a lady was leaning against another counter with her butt and texting. The two simple limeades we ordered came out in less than a minute when the person operating the drive thru window saw our receipt from our online order from over 40 minutes prior and yelled at his co-workers to make it. This place is horrendous. The entire management staff needs to be replaced.

This place would not be in business if there were even half-decent options in this part of town. Ordered and had to cancel my order on multiple occasions after waiting too long for a pickup. Messaged through the app for a refund but nothing so I just contacted my bank and got my money back. I should just open my own restaurant over there because if this guy can do it, anyone can.

Two drinks. Ordered on the app. 15 minutes after we check in a CUSTOMER comes and lets us know that they’re only doing drive through. In the drive thru, we wait for 10 more minutes for two drinks. (Mostly because we can’t back out or go around, so we are stuck.) get to the intercom and we’re told to wait. We can’t get them to answer to just refund us.

I've gone to this location multiple times... always at a different time of day. The staff is rude. I understand that there is a shortage of workers, especially in the food industry, but how long are customers supposed to take it and try and be understanding? I'm always polite and pleasant and every time i have gone, with the exception of one time, I'm snapped at. I want to give a shout out to the girl who was kind to me. She was sweet, all smiles, and even got my dog a little ice cream. It was about a week ago. I so wish i knew her name. I feel like anymore people are so scared to pull up to drive thrus that when we get a nice person they want to cry in relief. Every time I've gone aside from that one experience, no matter the time of day, their shake machine is down. I truly believe that they just refuse to turn it on. If it's that problematic then shouldn't someone get them a new one? We drive out of our way for that from sonic. I did go to another location I found and will be writing them an excellent review. The boy who brought out our food was sweet, polite, and everything people are supposed to be... and they are way busier here. Probably because of the service. Oh, and they have ice cream, in case anyone is wanting to save themselves the trip only to be turned down... again
