We just ordered at your Sonic and it was a horrible experience. I realize you may not have help, but if your going to be open, serve fresh food. Our chicken was cold, buns were burned and didn't receive our entire order. $25.05 was what we paid for a a horrible meal. Drive through was all that is open and trying to get someone to answer to let them know we didn't get all we ordered was impossible. We left without our food, we will be never visit again!?

The last time I ate at Sonic on Robinson road in Old Hickory it was so nasty it made me sick the hamburgers the bread was no good the tater tots was the hamburger with the bread with and that is the first time and I will never go back again because that is the first time that was so nasty the hamburgers and bread was old the bread was falling apart the tater tots look like they were old they didn't taste very good so I think somebody needs to do something about that because it might go get sick because it made me sick and my stomach so somebody needs to straighten him out and then who's ever cooking their hamburger it was out the bread was out the tater tots was old that's why I would never go back until they get a new cooker because whoever was cooking that stuff it seemed like the mate with this been sitting there the hamburger and the tater tots with no good and somebody needs to do something about that because I won't go back there again
The only problem is when you try to order they keep interrupting you to ask what you want on it when you are trying to tell them as you order your choice. They need to LISTEN and then ask questions if need be. It would save time and frustration.
Had to revise my rating... Got an Oreo Cheesecake master shake that had absolutely zero cheesecake or Oreo in the top 99% of the shake. When I got to the bottom, there was a small packed layer of Oreo pieces and sour cheesecake... Not pleasant at all...
Waited 20 minutes for burger and blast burger was colder than the sonic blast asked for refund or fresh burger waited 10 minutes still no response finally manager said no one informed her of the issue....totally bs will definitely not go back to this location....wish I could give half star
