Can’t make a shake in less than 40 minutes for DoorDash? What a joke
Kid with blonde hair took care of me. Asked me if I had any questions , wasn’t rude, and even got the smoothie to the consistency that I prefer. Banana had a little browning when I saw it so wish that was more fresh but a little brown won’t kill you.
Walked into this location with lights on but no staff present. I waited as well as called out for someone but no response. After calling another location to inquire on what was going on, someone finally walked out. As she heard me telling my caller that someone had come out, she commented, "I know you didn't call on me!" Rather than start a confrontation, I said nothing, placed my order and left. I will not be back!
Out of a number of SK’s in a number of states, this has been the best and most consistent. Smoothies are always made correctly and promptly. And I like how SK changes the messages on the cups from time to time. One time I dropped my smoothies as soon as I opened my car door. I called in and they agreed to make new ones free of charge. I go here 2 times a week and it’s been great every time.

Overall poor quality service. I wish I hadn’t gone in or turned around when I noticed they didn’t have much energy in the first place as I had to greet them first!!! There were fruit flies/flies everywhere, hair on the straw counter, their fruit scoopers were sitting out in the counter piled up in a container & their ingredient canisters were also just sitting open without coverings. If I were a health inspector I undoubtedly would’ve given this location a low health score. Unfortunately, I didn’t take full account of the environment until after I paid and was waiting for my smoothie to be made. One of the associates was texting on her phone & told her coworker that another associate had overslept, so her energy especially was in the dumps. The lady who took my order announced to her coworker that she was going on a break once she finished my smoothie & took her time making mine AND one for herself simultaneously, scooping them one after the other then blending them one after the other. She said she was new so she was obviously very unfamiliar with the recipes, so this took double the time to make my order & her own. When she poured my cup, it overflowed onto her hand and she tried to scrape the excess with the lid, dabbed the cup with balled up paper towels & handed me the sticky mess. My appetite is pretty much null after that trainwreck. Get some energy, tidy up & pick up the pace, Thompson Lane!!!!!!
I came to get a smoothie at smoothie king in 100 oaks 8:45 and they don’t close till 9 my boyfriend is black amd so when we go in they gave us like what are y’all here for amd said they were closed I don’t appreciate that at all I will not come back here ever
