Horrible customer service. They are slow and don't answer the phone. I placed an order via the app and when I arrived, they said they didn't have my order. Well, give me my refund. Do not waste your time or $$!
I waited over 20 mins in drive-thru this morning and didn't get my smoothie because when I got to window, I was still waiting. . At 7:00am its only 1 worker, its impossible to keep the drive-thru line flowing.

I love the smoothies but just had 30 minutes of my life taken from me waiting for one 32 ounce smoothie. You just lost one good loyal customer. Life is too precious. Edit: They have been trying to make it right.

Love their smoothies , usually customerService is wonderful, but today the woman literally argued with me that strawberry extreme was onThe drive thru menu after I even told her exactly what was under that category, she LITERALLY came out stood there an said well hmm. I asked what was in it she said what I told you I said ok then said that’s fine, Then she was aggravated walked away. Was rude from the get go. SoI’m sorry to leave this but wanted the buisness to be aware , she didn’t have a name tag but the receipt said arobertson
