Horrible service. Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes until someone came to the mic and took my order. There were no other cars in line. Drove around to the window and the manager, who was on the phone, puts a finger up asking for one moment. I wait an additional 5 minutes and a young girl came to the window and asked what I ordered. I drove off. Needless to say this was my first and last time at this location.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a smoothie king. Not only was I in line for almost 40 minutes but the guy taking the order was so rude and when I finally got to the window, he was even worse. Very disappointing.
They gave me a treat for my fur baby great place with great service
This store lacks a little polish, but smoothies are always good, especially the Banana Boat. Good assortment of protein bars, healthy snacks and supplements
A dude at the window got mad cause I called him sir, then went on to say I was probably older than him. You shouldn’t work in customer service if you have an issue with being called ma’am or sir. Will definitely not be going back. His name is T. Wilson.
I WILL NEVER EVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATIOM AGAIN! FIRST THEY MESS MY WHOLE ORDER UP! THEN WHEN I GET MY ORDER IT TASTE NOTHING LIKE IT SUPPOSE TO TASTE JUST ALL ICE! THIS STUFF IS TOO HIGH TO BE GETTING ALL ICE

Went to the location In metro center and upon walking into the store I was immediately greeted by the employees. It was a rainy day outside and somehow the still managed to have the floors spotless it was one of then first things I noticed upon walking in. My order was taken and they got it to me expeditiously! Once my order was handed to me I was ready leave and one of the employees suggested that I download the smooth king app for deals and so I could start gaining reward points. Needlessly to say I now have the app and will be going to the location from now on from the experience with the employees greets customer service skills at this location.
I come here almost every day. The staff has my order memorized. Great customer service and they move quickly. It’s def my favorite smoothie king in the area!
