I drove 33 minutes after work in a down pour of rain to this place on 3 recommendations from out of state lovers of Shipley's. Only to get told I can't use a card if my purchase isn't $5 minimum. They asked me if I could purchase something else, but they already didn't have what I wanted. So why would I get more. I had literally $1 but my purchase was $2.87. I know it's rough on small businesses but at a donut shop where all the items are small ticket it's rather ridiculous not to mention illegal. I'm so upset because I had my mind set on this for 10 hours.
Pretty solid tbh! I went late in the day so not as fresh but that's on me. The girl gave me like 8 donuts for free! Nice place.
This place is amazing!! The donuts are top notch and the staff are pleasant and friendly. They serve you quickly and with a smile! Their croissant sandwiches are the best I've ever had!! Love this place and will go back when I visit again!

My grandson has been begging me to stop by Shipley's and I am glad I did!! The customer service was AMAZING!!! The donuts were fresh and ssssoooo good!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!!
