This place has got to be the worst managed shake shack I’ve ever visited. I eat here a lot bc I work nearby and each time I visit I say it’s the last. This time we watched while they were out of cheese and instead of just apologizing and giving us a refund they scurried around for 15 extra min while our entire order was under the warmer. They finally came to the conclusion to have the girl working the register to stick her bare hand (without washing ) into the cheese with a little cup and tried to drizzle the tiny cup over all 3 orders of our cheese fries. Needless to say when they finally gave us our food it was all Luke warm. The flies enjoyed it though!
First time eating at this establishment. The front counter has was pleasant and helpful. She gave an excellent recommendation about the double smoke stack sandwich. Cheese Fries were decadent... Regular fries would have been delicious. The Sprinkle Cookie Shake was amazing. It is a limited time shake but was a delight going into my mouth and as I savored the flavors hitting my tastefully and down my throat is was an experience that will not be forgotten. So enjoyable! Bacon was not great not sure if it is just the brand... Not the fault of the employees they were more than helpful in trying to fix my needs for week done. I like my bacon crispy and over cooked... Just didn't happen here but no one's fault. The double smoke stack was a filling and juicy sandwich. This place was comfortable and they have tap water on tap. Great food!
Staff is alwys friendly, love to come here with friends because 9/10 they’ve never even heard of this spot! Rare burger gem in Nashville. Burger & shakes are 10 outta 10.

We came here twice. First time we waited for roughly 35 minutes for our food. The cashier apologized for the wait as they were understaffed and gave us some shake vouchers.Sadly, our food came out cold that first time.Given that we had vouchers, we thought we'd try it again. The photos I attached are from the second time. While my hamburger was better than the first time (minus the sad soggy bottom bun), my girlfriend's lettuce wrap burger was sad. Wilted lettuce, cold.Once we finished our meals, we realized our shakes weren't included in our order. I talked to someone behind the counter and we eventually got our shakes (probably 15min after we ate).
Enjoyed my 1000 calorie meal .The burgers and shake are prepared fresh and was a solid .We got the buffalo chicken and the shroom burger with the spicy fries and the seasonal shake.Loved all of it except for the fact that i need to hit the gym for an extra hour to shed those extra calories.But the best high quality fast food joint for sure .
We purchased a regular hamburger with great, fresh toppings and one mushroom type burger. No pics because we were starving ? we also had spicy fries. Everything was fresh, hot without a long wait.
Food was fine but noise level was way too high for my low standards. The foosball added to the pain.
I have eaten the frozen White Castle sliders many a time but never had it in person. I came here with a friend who was visiting while walking downtown for some honky Tonkin. The restaurant was very clean I noticed. However, they were out of almost every drink despite having a freestyle machine (there were maybe 5 options with a few flavors). Some of the options didn’t even have the base flavor available.The food was good though! So much better than the frozen ones. The staff was efficient and pretty nice for a fast food place. Will definitely White Castle again.
Delicious burger and great cran lemonade. Would definitely go again and try a shake.
