One guest in our party ordered the chicken, I think it was Milanese, and half of it was inedible. Not only couldnât she cut it, she couldnât pierce it with her fork. The other four of us were quite happy with our meals. The server apologized, brought her a hummus plate, and did not charge for the botched entree.

Excellent dinner again at Santo! The Zucchini Flatbread continues to amaze and the new scallop entre was outstanding.
There was four of us. Two of us had the Bronzino which was cooked perfectly. Two had the beef kebabs. We also had two different salads, the roasted Romaine was especially unique and well prepared. Though there were tables close by we did not find their conversations interfering with our own which can often happen. The room was bright, open and very agreeable.
Everything was truly outstanding. The food was so good, especially the whipped feta and sardines. The entrees were amazing as well - went with the salmon, cavatappi and branzino. Our server was ok - he was attentive but had somewhat of an attitude. The ambiance was great but did get louder as the evening drew on. Would definitely recommend and go back again!
We have been wanting to try it for some time now but never found ourselves in Green Hills. With a 9pm show at the Bluebird Cafe on the books, we finally got to try Santo. Our table had almost every appetizer, 6 different entrees, and all three desserts. Everything was excellent and featured a variety of flavor profiles. The mussels in spiced broth was a crowd favorite for sure. Service was efficient, thoughtful, and in line with what one expects for a fine dining experience. Which says a lot because Nashvilleâs fine dining scene is riddled with service blunders. Our server was brand new but she was quick to get answers and thoughtful in her delivery. The chef walked out on the floor multiple times and to me, that shows a well-run kitchen and a chef who cares about the whole experience, not just his show-stopping food. The only thing better would be if he had touched the tables. Cognac digestif was the icing on the cake. 10/10 experience. Definitely now in our top 3 favorite restaurants in Nashville!

Santo was outstanding. The restaurant is beautiful and has a great ambiance. Our server was awesome and was so attentive. The drinks were all 10/10 and the food was also great! We did not have 1 complaint.
