They are the best place ever! I got my sausage roll messed up. I overlooked it because they had a birthday party and the place was busy. They kept telling me they were sorry. I know all about mistakes in a workplace.I am also a empathetic person we aren’t perfect! They remade it and I still left them a nice tip!
Good food and friendly staff. Quick service from a bustling kitchen staff and a family owned business. My family’s favorites are their pizzas and Eggplant Parm. Highly recommend! 5 stars.
If you like Brooklyn style pizza, this place is a go-to. Also always call to get it delivered, don’t use door dash or uber eats, way better deal, fast delivery, and your pizza will always be warm. 100% recommend!
When I see the word "family" in a restaurant's name, I expect it to be authentic. Now I must confess I didn't eat pizza, I had a salad and the garlic bread. But neither. The salad nor the garlic bread were Italian. The garlic bread was Southern rolls with a fake garlic butter poured on top and the salad was just a typical American salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce. Nothing smacked remotely of Italian anything. Perhaps the pizza does, but I was underwhelmed with the food I ate. The only positive was that they gave me 2 drinks because I ordered curb-side pickup.
Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a plain cheese Sicilian pizza and when my husband arrived it was a plain cheese pie. I called attempting to have them remake it and take the pie back but they were not helpful. They kept switching me to different people, and at some point a gentleman by the name Jamal pretended to be the manager. He asked me to to return the pizza in order to get a refund. Mind you, I never planned on keeping the pizza i just wanted it remade. Then after much requesting, he finally let me speak to a manager. At which point, the manager proceeded to tell me that he heard me order and that I was the one who made the mistake. I've ordered Sicilian pizzas before and have never had an issue with me ordering the wrong one. I wouldn't recommend eating here if you want to get the right food and be treated respectfully.
Excellent pizza with many varieties of toppings. We tried multiple including cheese, meat, pepperoni, supreme, buffalo chicken and even bbq.
Pizza was really good but the customer service in the restaurant was subpar at best. My wife went to pick up a online order that was already paid for…when she got there no one greeted her or paid attention to her. Someone finally came up to her and then went to get some help from someone else. The guy who he went to talk to for help literally said, “we’re busy, she can wait”. Not great customer service.
Best buns I’ve ever had! (Food wise..) I ordered cheese steak sub and the bread tasted great and was perfectly toasted. The meat was just as good. Tiramisu was wonderful. Only cons I’d say is the interior isn’t very big so not optimal for large parties and can feel cramped. Most drinks you order come from fountain which they’ll have you get yourself which is fine unless of course it’s crowded or perhaps you don’t want to get up lol
I absolutely Love Sal's Pizza and I'm a foodie. It's always hot and delicious with just the right amount if cheese! Perfect crust , too.
Very greasy and delicious, just like I like it!??? The greek dressing was not that tasty. But the pizza was bomb.
