I'm not sure if I can curse on here, but holy efing S! I am a bit of a sushi connoisseur... I've been around! But the Texas was a 9.5... close second to the Monster which was quite literally spartan kicked with amazingness by the chef... like my God! I give them ALLL THE STARS!

They have great sushi with a huge menu. The hibachi and bento boxes are also very tasty. The service is always good and the staff are always friendly.

It was delicious. We loved everything we ordered. Pork katsu bento box, baby octopus, spring rolls, and Texas roll. ? Generous portions. The place was chill and the service was friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back and try other items on the menu. They have great sushi selections.

I got two rolls. The salmon was chewy and clearly old. The vegetables were not fresh either. Bill was 18.00. Strongly do not recommend.

I will never go back to this place. Friday night, I got there at 8:30 they close at 9:00. They continuously asked me what I wanted to order. I asked if I needed to hurry and was told yes. I order Sushi 4 pcs. Then they asked me to move from the bar to a booth so they could clean. There are way to many restaurants to go to in Bellevue. They should be grateful for any business they get. I nor my kids and friends will ever go back to this place. I’m taking my hard earned money to an establishment that appreciates my business.

I was there as last customer with my partner tonight. food was delicious, service was nice. I left 9:20 and they close at 9. they didn't say anything and very nice until I was super drunk which was not too nice of me. friendly staffs with good foods. I finished a bottle of wine. I cant compare this place with other place.

Giving 3 stars for cleanliness and friendly staff. Not a full 5 because the food is bland and doesn't taste anything like the sakura in Hermitage! Was disappointed they don't cook right in front of you for the price you're paying.

I really enjoyed our waiter, the timely manner of food being run out, aaaaand that’s about the extent of it.Ordered a spicy scallop roll and it came to the table falling apart. Pieces were split open like a broken onion ring, while others lay like fallen legos.Ordered chicken and steak hibachi as well. The steak was fine, slightly tepid, while the chicken was cold. Every piece I broke in half to make sure it wasn’t under cooked. The veggies were well made though, while the rice was like a hard stone coming out of the microwave.I was there with a few friends, so all this can be over looked. The main issue was the bill. I ordered 2 Kieran lights and the menu said $5 each, while the bill printed $8. If it was $8 on the menu, no issue, but I felt slighted just a bit.Even because of shipping delays or whatever you were forced to raise the price, you don’t relay that through a tab, hoping the customer won’t bring it up. Put that price on the menu or on a paper beer list.Easy fix though, took it out of the tip. Harsh? Possibly. But so was the meal.

One of our favorite restaurants in Bellevue/all of Nashville! We've dined in and ordered takeout from Sakura many times. Their staff are always so friendly and efficient, and the food is excellent! They recently updated their menu to include more sushi options. We usually split a hibachi meal and each get our own sushi roll. Highly recommend the Happy roll - it's incredible!! We love the ginger dressing on the salad, the gyoza, their yum yum sauce, and their miso soup! 10/10 recommend!

The wait staff are friendly and efficient! The menu offers delicious, fresh sushi and traditional Japanese appetizers and meals. My favorites are the Wasabiand Sweet Shrimp Rolls and Vegetable Yakisoba!
