Terrible food and terrible service...I ordered a dish with rice noodles and I was served regular spaghetti, my husband had a sweet and sour dish that probably came out direcly from a can...i asked for chopsticks and I have been told they did not have any..the place is dirty and rundown....I would not go back..
Good food. I think theres a bit of confusion between the royal thai on hayes and the express royal thai. The one on hayes has an older couple running it and ive been in a number of times and received great food and service. I think the express royal thai is something else? Idk but ive gone with a group and nobody had a bad meal. Would definitely recommend
This restaurant is featured on multiple miles/points for dining websites (AAdvantage dining; Hhonors; etc.) for online to-go orders through the ChowNow service… so on our recent family trip to Nashville we tried it… and got nothing. We placed our order online through the AAdvantage portal, got a ChowNow order confirmation and then silence. We couldn’t reach the restaurant with the published number, we didn’t get an order ready email, the online status remained unchanged. We drove down to the restaurant, and they told us they don’t work with ChowNow anymore for a while, and we were not the only customers experiencing this. I spoke with ChowNow and other than getting a refund of the order (logical as we didn’t get anything) there was no compensation for all the wasted time and effort, and ChowNow’s inability to keep their online system up to date and functioning. Disaster. Also contacted AAdvantage dining to flag the issue - still waiting for any reaction or compensation for a family dining experience gone South.
Strolled into this little hidden treasure. The inside looked like it was going out of business when in all actuality, they have had NO dine in service the past year & a half bcz of COVID. I was skeptical to stay bcz of the lack of organization and restaurant presentation ( tables set, everything clean & tidy) My husband frequented their Brentwood location years ago and raved about the food so I agreed to stay & eat. NO BAR, drank water, He had Coca-Cola from a plastic bottle. We ordered Him Talapia w/ CurryChili sauce & pineapple fried rice, I ordered Vegetable Pad Thai.The owner's wife waited on Us, she was tired and her waitress energy wore out we could see. She brought our dinner, no fried rice just steamed rice , no noodles in my pad thai ? I asked Her for rice noodles please not rice. She brought them out on a saucer, I asked for a bowl and some chili paste so I could create my dish. She obliged. My husband's fish was spicy & delicious despite no fried rice, my self created spicy Pad Thai was scrumptious. Although there were NO amenities or 5 star pomp & circumstance, the meal was a hit and affordable!! Not sure I would go back but once they reopen, freshen the place up and hire some enthusiastic help, they may just be another Hit , this time in Nashville ?
We ordered via Postmates, so bear that in mind. But or order arrived and I had ordered red curry, but received green curry. It looked like the color of atomic slime. My husband ordered a shrimp dish, which had TWO shrimp. Total disappointment for which I requested and received a refund from Postmates. Had we been dining at the restaurant and that shown up, I would have been appalled. Totally gross and not worth a dime.
Worst food I’ve ever gotten. Had food poisoning all night. When I called and asked for a refund the person who answered the phone spoke to me very rudely and insisted it wasn’t their fault and hung up on me. Don’t eat here :)

Pa thi had no cashews or vegetables. My green curry was over salted and wrong color.
My son and me are sick to the stomach from eating here. We got bad food. He can't stop going to the toilet and my stomach hurts badly. I tossed the wings in the trash because the wings didn't look edible and the chicken fried rice had to be cooked using something either old or dirty because we are sick ? decided to stop after an appointment today 8/30/21 around noon. Nice lady works there, but I won't be returning.
The pad Thai was not good.. I took one bite and gave it away. So happy I ordered fried chicken and steam rice as an appetizer… the app was ok bc I would of been starving. I don’t know if I got a bad batch or what but the noodles chicken and shrimp had barely any flavor. I couldn’t get over the after taste bc it’s suppose to be thick sweet and savory delicious sauce but it didn’t taste like any pad Thai I ever had, it tasted old and little burnt.
