Fantastic service all around. Be sure to make a reservation. It was an awesome experience. Definitely don't show up without a reservation, unless you're prepared to wait! Great food, wine, bread and atmosphere.
Excellent service and great food
Had reservations and seated appropriately. Waited for drinks, waited for bread, waited for appetizers, waited for dinner. Requested refill of drinks numerous times, but waitress didnât remember or take care of. I understand restaurants are under staffed - so lots of empty tables but our waitress could not multitask the tables she had.

The floors were dirty upon arrival with food and napkins in the walkway â- that no Iâve ever cleaned up in the whole time we were there We stayed anyway- and I had arranged for birthday dessert for my son so we could sing to him in my request - but we never got the dessert - Service very slow Hostess seemed clueless Restaurant definitely Understaffed Waiter was nice but busy Food was terrible- Definitely not on par with my past experiences at other Macaroni Grill restaurants

Very good! RMG is not in my area of upstate NY. But will eat there when on vacation and one is available!
Drawing on the table was fun. Everything else was horrible.
Out of lasagna, mozzarella sticks, mushroom appetizers. Spaghetti upset my stomach.
Silverware was dirty two different times. Appetizer plates were dirty as well.
