I ordered a 2 pizza and wings special over the phone a few weeks ago. The teenage girl they have working there did not take my order correctly and proceeded to laugh in my face when I told her she had the order wrong. So, I told her I no longer wanted the wings and one of the pizzas. You inconvenience me, I’ll inconvenience you. But that’s not the kicker. We ordered again via door dash just to get the kids something to eat and before my wife you’ll give the driver anything he proceeded to say “so no tip”. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Doing that, you’ll never get anything from anyone. I’ve driven delivery before and currently still dash part time so that’s completely unacceptable . Will not order again.

I have always received great service and good food here! Romas has been one of my favorite places ever since the ice storm earlier this year. We were stuck in the house and several places were closed but Romas answered the call anddelivered our food in less than 30 minutes
So good you dig it out church trash can I'm not goin lie homies I got darn pizza up there last night large not goin lie eat almost whole pizza just 2 slices left man but anyways I came back cause I left it out was thrown away seen box had munchies man and I had to heat it up in microwave I got best pizza ever vegetarian I'm real pot head and I like Robin hood ?
Ordered on Door Dash and NEVER got my food! I was told i would get my money back and they marked my order as complete… i will never order from here again.

Very rude and the delivery driver was coming out the door was coming out and about hit me and didn't even say sorry for almost hitting me with the door but pizza was good tho.
First time in Nashville. Came in at 2:30am. They made it quite apparent that they were too busy to serve us. Worst customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. I work in customer service so I appreciate it. Not impressed. 1/10 do not recommend
