Food was so fun and delicious! Bands were playing actual country music. Servers attentive and friendly. Felt like a small town bar!
Great place, super fun! Do your best to sit at the downstairs bar. It’s fun to watch them fry up the burgers and sandwiches. Speaking of sandwich… try the fried Bologna sandwich. Delicious! The music never disappoints. Always a good time at Robert’s!
Had to visit this legendary establishment wearing my 25+ year old BR549/Robert's t-shirt. The staff loved the T since the design is no longer available. The friendly staff provided excellent service. Lunch menu was limited but we were here for history and music. Cheese Curds! Will return.
My favorite authentic honky tonk on Broadway. We spent hours here listening to rockabilly, country and western. They have the cheapest drink in town with $2.50 Busch Light cans - ($6.50 elsewhere at the time of posting this 2022). They also have interesting bar fare with fried bologna sandwiches on the menu.
Old country bar. Twangy country music when we were there and it was standing room only. Must get there early to get a seat. The grill was constantly moving and it smelled great. The best part...They had very cold PBR for only $2.50. Great place to share a beer with my family. Gotta visit at least once.
Such a cool establishment. Excellent bands on 1st floor and don't miss the recession special, only $6 for a bologna sandwich, chips, a PBR and a moon pie!
Best place to hear older country music from back in the day Band was incredible!!!! Voices beautiful. Fiddler made that fiddle talk! Took requests. Good food and great waitress. Don’t miss it.
Super fun environment - friendly staff, friendly patrons. The BEST live music! We saw 4 different bands there over the course of a weekend and none of them disappointed. Food was reasonably priced and good - got to try the yucca fries! One of our favorite places!
We had a great time! Could not believe how crowded Nashville downtown was on a Monday. Our waitress did not lose her cool. She was great & so was the music. We had to go cause we wanted the moon pies & hubby wanted the PBR. Fun time.
