This is the best gym in the area! Such great customer service, classes, and results. Every is so nice and welcoming. Not to mention their smoothies are amazing:)
Finding Rise Juice + Fitness has been a life saver since moving to Nashville! Nichole is a wonderful instructor who invests in others. The juice selection is amazing and sooo yummy! The classes are challenging in the best way- I’m so thankful for this place!

Went there for the first time this morning. Very cute little studio, and the owners are sweet as can be! I tried the spray tan booth and I think i may have messed up the bronzer on my skin, but we will see how it comes out. Least I will know for next time! Can't wait to be back!Update: my tan lasted 10 whole days, which was longer than was expected!!! Whatever I did to the bronzer didn't mess it up too bad at all. I drove 40 min for results I can trust and would 100% recommend anyone on the fence to do the same!

They were amazing. And they have great prices for the quality of their smoothies. Would go anytime of the week. And i reccomend that you go if you haven't.
Love Rise, love Nichole! I’ve been doing on average 3 classes a week and am in the best shape I’ve been in in 15 years. I also did 2 rounds of hypoxi and lost something like 18 inches!? She’s the real deal! Highly recommend
